Mom and the Talking Bears

More and more often today, parenting represents a new kind of role, one unprecedented in human history.  The average adult today may expect to spend more years caring for the needs of an aged parent than  for any one child.  This incredible reversal of parent-child roles represents perhaps the most traumatic experience each of us will face in life.

I never thought mother would grow old.  To me, Mother stood for living and laughter.  Vibrance and enthusiasm.   A five-foot-one-inch retired schoolteacher with shiny brown hair and hazel eyes that sparkled with life.
She had flaws.  Sometimes she was stubborn and shortsighted.  Sometimes cranky or passively resistant.  Yet she flourished on friends and parties, travel and new experiences--an ordinary woman who loved her church and her God.  She was too busy to grow old and wrinkled.
I remember well the day in England when I noticed the first threat of her aging.  We were on the last day of a three-week, ten-country whirlwind European tour.  I couldn't budge--I had hit milage exhaustion.  But my then seventy-two-year-old mother hovered over me fully dressed, a list of the day's activities already mapped out........

This portion is taken from Mom in my Heart by Joe L. Wheeler

Holy and Unholy Seed with God's grace

"For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass." Ezra 9:2

The verse above is the verse I choose to look at for a verse to reflect upon today.  As we can read above, the men chose to mingle with daughters and women whom they were not supposed to mix among.  Today, I know that Christ has already died and rose again for all these sins in the Old Testament so it is more important not to mix with unbelievers and be married to them.  Sometimes the person may claim to follow Christ but really they are not.  The spouse may also still give into sin and dysfunction so there is no guarantee that the spouse whom you marry will behave fully according to the words of Christ and according to his grace.

For men I believe they may improve upon their lives by reading and doing the journal activities from the portions from daily success at Institute of Basic Life Principles.

For women, it is good that the soul is filled with knowledge of God's truth and truth about the world around us.  Ladies Against Feminism website is a wonderful resource to get started in the right direction and defeat the lies that surround us.  Not only that but it is also a good idea to invest in prayer on a regular basis for your husband (even if he is living not according to the word) and for your children.  Character Journal has some wonderful ideas on what to pray for each day.  Ladies also practice praising your man rather than nagging or condemning him.  God created him as a unique man so definitely invest in showing him his godly strengths whether he is a believer or not.  Fascinating Womanhood pdf is a wonderful resource in that regard.

For both men and women, taking the time to read 5 psalms (like psalm 1, 31, 61, 91, 121 and proverb 1 on first day of month and psalm 2, 32, 62, 92, 122 and proverb 2 on second day of month and so on ) is a good way to have a free devotional that will never change and it will even give you insight on how the future will hold up in any given country.  Investing in reading the words of Christ regularly will give freedom from institutional churches.  Investing in reading one or more randomly selected old testament portion and one or more randomly selected new testament portion will also help "test" your spiritual levels and faith as ALL men still need to learn more of God's truth.

I hope you are eager to bring God's word and principles to your life and home and instead of running to the divorce courts because you married an unbeliever find ways to please the other person even if it means suffering for Christ.

Spring Song

How lovely nature's waking when the hills
bedeck themselves in frilly wild plum lace,
And redbud's blush suffuses earth's wan face
While birds converse in wordless chirps and trills.

the farmer whistles as his shining blade
Carves long, straight furrows in the pungent soil;
His faith implicit in the yield such toil
will garner, and his spirit unafraid.

The stirring stream unlocks the frosty bars
That guarded fin and shell through months of cold.
Shy trilliums, now suddenly grown bold,
Strew woodlands with a multitude of stars,
And lilac-plumed green couriers, tall with pride,
Fling fragrance through the budding countryside.

Created for Him

A Wise Woman Proverbs

-A wise woman does not carry her man's God-given burden of supporting the family.  If she does, he will become weak, lazy, disillusioned, and depressed, and she will become bossy, weary, worn, and angry.

-A wise woman will do her duty diligently, caring for her home and children, cooking and serving others--what the Bible calls "a keeper at home."

-A wise woman will be gracious.  She will cultivate humility and a servant's nature--what the Bible calls "shamefacedness"  Her husband will cherish he and others will be thankful to call her a friend.

A wise woman will be kind and long suffering, not controlling or pushy.  Strangers will be blessed by having met her--that includes waitresses and store clerks.  Dur to her goodwill and graciousness she will be liked and appreciated by all.

A wise woman will be open to counsel, always learning and striving to overcome any weakness or faults.  her husband will be encouraged by her openness and willingness to grow.

A wise woman will be generous and serving; never greedy in her friendships.  Her husband will be encouraged by her openness and willingness to grow.

A wise woman will be careful in how she spends money on temporal things knowing every dollar spent means hours of her husband's labor away from the family.  She will train her children to be wise, honorable, and kind.  Her husband will have cause to rejoice that his labor is not poured upon the ground, but is used with honor, thus he is honored.

Before we kill you and eat you

If you have not heard of that title before, well its about time you need to read the book  Perhaps our public schools and libraries would do a better job if they think of serving truth to the community rather than a pile of half truths or partial truths about the real reason behind Christ on the cross.  The reason is because we are by nature cannibalistic and we can't even "see" it that way.

Have you ever thought about what really goes into that hot dog or that hamburger served to you at McDonalds or on the Public School?

Is it pork meat or is it human meat?

I'm serious too.

If you were to eat a hotdog I would hope that you check and double check the sources of where that meat is coming from.  As you well know the government has continued to support abortion practices as in the Roe vs. Wade Supreme court ruling.  Did you ever think that the govt. could legally use those parts and pieces of unborn children and grind them into hotdog meat and serve them back to you on a plate at the public school??  They can and the public would not even be able to discern that this is being done. And guess what human flesh is not any different than pork meat I am sure.

Ok.  I'm done writing this "strange" and "horrifying" article but it is definitely worth thinking about before sending your child to the public school where they serve any "old meat" that comes their way and continue to support the Roe vs. Wade argument.

Here ends my writing.  When public schools in the US began, mothers were socially aloud to serve her own homemade stew and biscuits from the old cow off of the farm.  Today, mothers are condemned and scorned for even sending a homemade lunch to school.

Galatians 5:16
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

The only way we can humanly determine if these things are happening is by mathematical principle and getting the truthful evidence behind what is really going on.

How Similar are Human and Ape Genes and ways of living

Can we really understand unless we fully apply the biblical principles to our lives.  I've given unassisted birth before as this is a normal human occurrence that occurs in third world and poor countries all the time.  "In the past evolutionists have tried to prove human evolution by comparing only similar DNA segments between humans and apes--disregarding the non-similar DNA regions.  Many evolutionary studies have involved the selective use of protein-coding segments in the genome called genes.  But comparing the genes of humans and apes produces much higher DNA similarities than many other regions of the genome would yield" Acts and Facts Vol 42 No 5  The results show in chimpanzee only 70 percent similar to human genome.

We can't be evolved from Ape primates because Dogs and other helping animals operate with better on psychology tests of obedience.  A dog will react better to training than a chimpanzee as displayed on NOVA and other popular public science shows.

We can't be evolved from Ape primates because newborn babies from humans are more dependent than ape primates thus it would create a reverse evolutionary trend

We can't be evolved from ape primates because hippy cultures and sexually free cultures produce high rates of STD cases.  Not to mention the battles children face in family interactions created by sexual freedoms even in divorce and remarriage.

We can't be evolved from ape primates because scornful words from others are hurtful and we know it and feel it inside.  When one member of the human race claims that the disabled man in the wheelchair will amount to nothing in life, we all feel the pain especially if we are redeemed by Christ.

We can't be evolved from ape primates because no other class of animal willfully or purposefully puts on clothing to perform certain duties or functions in life.  For example a police officer will wear police uniform.

We can't be evolved from ape primates because there is no such thing as isolating or discriminating against the races among groups of primates.  Anti-Semitism is popular even in Europe today and persons are bashed simply for the face they carry.  Humans persecute each other especially those who share the truth even mathematical or scientific truth.

We can't be evolved from ape primates because they carry disease that kills us as humans so the separation between the animals is distinct.

We can't be evolved from the apes because cattle were created the same day as humans in the order of creation.  Cattle can eat the same edible wild foods that humans can eat so they will deplete of human foods to eat.

We can't be evolved from apes in that we birth children more similarly to the sheep.  If sheep are frightened they need assistance from a vet as humans feel they need assistance from a doctor.  Ape primates continue on even when frightened.

We can't be evolved from apes because of human dependency on religion.  Our spirits need truth to survive and thrive in the day to day world.  Humans can get in bondage to pornography, cigarettes, gluttony and such.  In order to over come these issues we need to be dead take on Christ nature or act as if we are going to miscarry sometime in our lives.

We have similarity to ape primates in that we can birth unassisted.

We have similarity to ape primates in that we get the best nutrition from plant products.

We have similarity to ape primates in miscarriage trends and handling the new borns.  Some mothers with postpartum depression struggle "caring" for the new born child.  Pegan cultures believe they have rights to kill their young children.  Today birth control abortion is seen as a woman's right.

We have similarity to ape primates in that giving birth and caring for children heals the female body.

We have similarity to ape primates in that having sex brings peace to the home.  A woman who stays at home and is not concerned about financial matters can give her husband and enjoy sex better.

News paper opinion possibility

I may or may not put this in Decorah Public opinion

A Green Planet Starts with Truth, Meekness and Quietness

On Saturday June 22 according to gregorian calendar I attended the READ-A-THON of Senator Rob Hogg’s America's Climate Century at NE Iowa Peace and Justice Center.  It was inspiring to find people gathered together to read a book enjoyably as if sitting around an ancient campfire.  I was very pleased that children were invited to attend as well as they are the voice behind all that is within preservation of environment and goodness in society especially if parents joyfully teach them how to pick up the puzzle pieces, defend from boggy man starting at a young age.  I fully agree that we adults can work to fix community disasters like flooding in Cedar Rapids or Postville raid with the spirit of giving and faith found in our Lord despite the doubting Thomas' that exist from time to time.  We in those circumstances need to recall the old story of Noah and the ark, reinvestigate his intelligences and how he prepared for following the voice of truth found in a saving God despite the whispering mockers that surrounded him.  Our man-made methods of preserving the economy are failing and we need to fix our lives, to make a future for children possible.  The old cannibalistic nature of greed and selfishness for personal financial gain in our flesh doesn't work.  Rivers and streams become destroyed with dieing fish, birds and wild foods that even people can and do eat are unavailable as well.  We discussed how there are fellow people who do indeed eat dandielions and other wild edible foods.  When we face the enemy of destruction of human kind in environmental disasters with an overcoming power of meekness and quietness, we can envision ourselves raising families who happily enjoy the buzzing bees and tweeting sparrows and healthy raw foods rather than

opening up an overprocessed and chemically drained food product, pharmaceutical product, tobacco product or alcohol product that kills off animals as well as humans due to the constant travel and handling from afar.  Even the most frugal and poorest of mothers can find a way to feed her family healthy food in these days of confusion about balance between God, man and mother nature in the middle of extreme technology usage.  She can learn how to maintain a meek and quiet spirit that does not harm her man and her children so that there is no need for daycare or divorce expenses or fossil fuel usage which further destroy body, home, community, family and planet earth.  Paperwork is an expensive use of time and human energy. This is not natural and requires faith loving our neighbor as our selves.  Meditation on truth, submission to authority even if they scorn us or killed our parents can go a long way to clean up the mess that is before us.  Gaining wisdom from Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions, investing in study and practice in using local wild herbs and vegetables, learning the nutritarian Dr. Furhman diet, natural birth and home birth practices, as well as practicing gardening and farming that preserves soil and water contents as well as original seed nature can help greatly in these matters.  I thouroly enjoy articles written by bloggers on www.down--to--earth.blogspot.com, www.homeliving.blogspot.com and www.creativejewishmom.com and all the wisdom they share from far away lands.  Not only that but facing the reality that is set before womankind, instead of being woman who are always learning and never comming to the knowledge of the truth, lets overcome the lies and live in truth both mathematically and scripturally.  There is beauty in the earth in meekness and knowledge of truth, lets strive to find it and preserve it even if it means suffering for it.  If my words are not clear to you as I was not an english major in college I really encourage you to look into scripture to find real truth and educational values every day and to love your first spouse as you love your self.  If you must be blind and deaf to all for a few years, try it and see what befalls you.  I also encourage you to love and pray for your arab brethren as if they were your own as I am closly related to them and I understand the suffering that the arab Christians go through daily.  Yes my Arab uncle's family escaped Muslim against Christian persecutions in Armenia years ago, he has now passed on, attended MIT near Boston bombings.  Persecutions create a dirty and unhealthy planet.  Thankyou, may all the earth be blessed with the glory of Christ alone.

Green Planet starts with truth.

On Saturday June 22 I was meandering along in Decorah and happened to attend the ______ event at Peace and Justice.  It was inspiring to find people gathered together to read a book enjoyably as if sitting around a campfire.  As I attended the event, I also brought along my three children.  I believe their attendance at such an event will leave an impact that they are capable of adult social activities in a quantive setting.  I definitely agree, we need to learn more and practice more energy efficiency skills.  Solar panels, wind-power, reusing carboard, milk jugs turning them into crafty creations in the home and such can go far and will help the home, family and community both financially and environmentally.  I believe the key to bringing about these positive changes must start in the moral sphere.  We all have a natural tendency to be cannibalistic and wrathful in nature and choose to destroy neighbors, family, spouses and friends.  Lets admit, all that divorce paper work and running children between separated spouses does nothing but destroy more trees and use up more fossil fuels as well as human energy and time.  Putting that asside can be difficult inorder to achieve the benefits of peace within ourselves.

When we find that peace, education of living a more green way of life can begin. We need to reinvestigate that we all have Noah's ark intelligences built within to build a more sustainable human way of life including a sustainalbe human family life despite our racial differences and variety.  In our home I have been studying the effects of eating wild-edible foods such as the weeds from our garden.  Yes your dandielon that grows in the sidewalk is eddible.  Eat a free salad for supper of burdock, lambs quarters salad, cattail smoothie and dandielion stem crisp.  In the process of discovering the natural wild-edibles that surround us with no need for fossil fuels or economic acitvity to attain these foods I am brought back to the story of creation when in the process of looking for these foods in which cattle were created the same day as human-kind.  Turns out that if the cattle get to the foods first we are left with nothing to eat.  I believe that people can create a clean community only if they are educated about what is good to eat and what is not good to eat as a whole.  Dr. Furman's nutritarian diet is really a wise investment in American nutritional changes.  People will willfully put away their weed killer that kills off the fish in our streams and wetlands if they find out that neighbor Suzy is trying to feed her children a good meal for supper.  We can put away ecessive use of WIC and other gvernment feeding programs if mothers learn how to grow their own corn or recieve it joyfully from a kind neighbor, turn it into 10 different products for supper, feed more green goodies including dandielon stem crisp from the wild to her children and learn how to process foods the old traditional way of eating foods. Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon has excellent advice and recipes and many of these recipees can be interchanged with wild foods.

I hope we can invest our time in improving ourselves, leave off the scorning of others as it is harmful on others, environment and community and attending to the fine details of how to improve the family, world and environment in which we live.  I thuroughly enjoyed studying math and stats at Luther College and I truly believe that we will only see improvements in the Stats of home, family, environment and community life for anything from ecoonomic deprivation to cancer rates and such if we start with the fine details of relationship towards spouse, home and family and then community can take shape to an improved way of life and take hold of learning God's truth in the scripture.  Only then will we see a truly green planet.

John Holt readings

If you are a person who loves to be informed, excellent work has been accomplished by the writer John Holt.

http://www.imaginative-inquiry.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/How-children-Learn.pdf

He explains How Children Learn in basic methods and ways of generally experiencing life.

http://www.schoolofeducators.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/HOW-CHILDREN-FAIL-JOHN-HOLT.pdf

He has also written another book entitled, How Children Fail.  It explains why institutionalized education of children does little to nothing as far as allowing the child to freely think and reason properly.

Happy reading.

Informtaion about freedom in healthcare

I posted a reply to a lady who was wondering how to afford healthcare in Obamacare situations.  Below is my reply.

Combined insurance (http://www.combinedinsurance.com/) is pretty affordable with no premium.  Around 30$ per month for the whole family.  It's an accident only insurance so it will not cover little check ups and such.  Husband goes to chiropractor frequently and he gets the payments back each time.

I agree.  We are a DIY healthcare family.  If we don't need it and we can do it ourselves we don't buy it.  Going to the doctor frequently for no reason but to examine something that can be examined at home makes people sicker and more financially deprived in the long run.  You can google search various tests that you may want (like hemoglobin tests, urinary tests and such) and home kits can be sent to your home.  There may be hospitals that offer direct lab tests with no physicians orders and such.  That would save a lot for an office visit. My husband has a nursing license and works with elderly persons who actually are in frequent need of assistance so long as family cannot assist them.

We always need added wisdom in these situations about "why" political persons and religious superiority seem to intervene on things God has given us the ability to discern on our own.  Christ is sufficient in all these issues and I like to read 5 psalms and one proverb per day according to the day of the month to help me understand what the nature of the people happens to be.  We need only fear God when socialists attempt to cause guilt or illegal stipulations on the innocent and independent.  That gives me the "mental health care" or psychology and sociology studies that I need.  Words of Christ helps me to not feel like I need to ask a pastor or church friend if my decisions to be free from or to attending various events or reading a certain book or talking to a certain person is good or bad.

Maybe when we get older we may find that we are in need of more healthcare services, but I believe prevention and wisdom about general lifestyle and nutrition can cure a lot of diseases.  Some persons even choose unassisted death and it is apparent that their body is shutting down so they don't have to depend on strangers or even insurance for that matter.

A bible study.

1 Chronicles 21-23

King James Version (KJV)
21 And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.
We should not number or count "godly" or "ungodly" people.  We may not know.  We can assume but it is dangerous to do so.  Gods judgment is in the law and his law is higher than our ways.
And David said to Joab and to the rulers of the people, Go, number Israel from Beersheba even to Dan; and bring the number of them to me, that I may know it.
Joab submitted.  He wasn in the act of doing wrong in this situation.  David was.
And Joab answered, The Lord make his people an hundred times so many more as they be: but, my lord the king, are they not all my lord's servants? why then doth my lord require this thing? why will he be a cause of trespass to Israel?
Joab kept his mind and wondered why "disobedient" orders.  He obeyed anyway.
Nevertheless the king's word prevailed against Joab. Wherefore Joab departed, and went throughout all Israel, and came to Jerusalem.
And Joab gave the sum of the number of the people unto David. And all they of Israel were a thousand thousand and an hundred thousand men that drew sword: and Judah was four hundred threescore and ten thousand men that drew sword.
But Levi and Benjamin counted he not among them: for the king's word was abominable to Joab.
Joab counted as was pleasing to himself.  He still "knew" in his mind that the practice was not good
And God was displeased with this thing; therefore he smote Israel.
And David said unto God, I have sinned greatly, because I have done this thing: but now, I beseech thee, do away the iniquity of thy servant; for I have done very foolishly.
David realized he did foolish practice.
And the Lord spake unto Gad, David's seer, saying,
10 Go and tell David, saying, Thus saith the Lord, I offer thee three things: choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.
11 So Gad came to David, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Choose thee
12 Either three years' famine; or three months to be destroyed before thy foes, while that the sword of thine enemies overtaketh thee; or else three days the sword of the Lord, even the pestilence, in the land, and the angel of the Lord destroying throughout all the coasts of Israel. Now therefore advise thyself what word I shall bring again to him that sent me.

13 And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let me fall now into the hand of the Lord; for very great are his mercies: but let me not fall into the hand of man.
David had the ability to "choose" his curse.  Does a king have that ability upon a nation?  Book of Proverbs explains.
14 So the Lord sent pestilence upon Israel: and there fell of Israel seventy thousand men.
15 And God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the Lord beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now thine hand. And the angel of the Lord stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.
16 And David lifted up his eyes, and saw the angel of the Lord stand between the earth and the heaven, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces.
      God made his presence known.
17 And David said unto God, Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered? even I it is that have sinned and done evil indeed; but as for these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, O Lord my God, be on me, and on my father's house; but not on thy people, that they should be plagued.
18 Then the angel of the Lord commanded Gad to say to David, that David should go up, and set up an altar unto the Lord in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite.
19 And David went up at the saying of Gad, which he spake in the name of the Lord.
20 And Ornan turned back, and saw the angel; and his four sons with him hid themselves. Now Ornan was threshing wheat.
21 And as David came to Ornan, Ornan looked and saw David, and went out of the threshingfloor, and bowed himself to David with his face to the ground.
In that time bowing was a sign of reverence.  Shaking hands is common in US.
22 Then David said to Ornan, Grant me the place of this threshingfloor, that I may build an altar therein unto the Lord: thou shalt grant it me for the full price: that the plague may be stayed from the people.
23 And Ornan said unto David, Take it to thee, and let my lord the king do that which is good in his eyes: lo, I give thee the oxen also for burnt offerings, and the threshing instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meat offering; I give it all.
It seems that the king has the power to overtake property.  Today, many fuss when govt' wants to build a farm overtop of an old farmstead.
24 And king David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full price: for I will not take that which is thine for the Lord, nor offer burnt offerings without cost.
25 So David gave to Ornan for the place six hundred shekels of gold by weight.
26 And David built there an altar unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings, and called upon the Lord; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of burnt offering.
27 And the Lord commanded the angel; and he put up his sword again into the sheath thereof.
28 At that time when David saw that the Lord had answered him in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite, then he sacrificed there.
29 For the tabernacle of the Lord, which Moses made in the wilderness, and the altar of the burnt offering, were at that season in the high place at Gibeon.
30 But David could not go before it to enquire of God: for he was afraid because of the sword of the angel of the Lord.
22 Then David said, This is the house of the Lord God, and this is the altar of the burnt offering for Israel.
And David commanded to gather together the strangers that were in the land of Israel; and he set masons to hew wrought stones to build the house of God.
And David prepared iron in abundance for the nails for the doors of the gates, and for the joinings; and brass in abundance without weight;
Also cedar trees in abundance: for the Zidonians and they of Tyre brought much cedar wood to David.
And David said, Solomon my son is young and tender, and the house that is to be builded for the Lord must be exceeding magnifical, of fame and of glory throughout all countries: I will therefore now make preparation for it. So David prepared abundantly before his death.
Then he called for Solomon his son, and charged him to build an house for the Lord God of Israel.
And David said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build an house unto the name of the Lord my God:
But the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Thou hast shed blood abundantly, and hast made great wars: thou shalt not build an house unto my name, because thou hast shed much blood upon the earth in my sight.

He damaged persons and property in abundance.  However, David was more spiritual and not as fleshly as Solomon.
Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days.
He kept persons alive and allowed them their property but perhaps even studied their nature as in proverbs
10 He shall build an house for my name; and he shall be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel for ever.
11 Now, my son, the Lord be with thee; and prosper thou, and build the house of the Lord thy God, as he hath said of thee.
12 Only the Lord give thee wisdom and understanding, and give thee charge concerning Israel, that thou mayest keep the law of the Lord thy God.
13 Then shalt thou prosper, if thou takest heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments which the Lord charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; dread not, nor be dismayed.
14 Now, behold, in my trouble I have prepared for the house of the Lord an hundred thousand talents of gold, and a thousand thousand talents of silver; and of brass and iron without weight; for it is in abundance: timber also and stone have I prepared; and thou mayest add thereto.
15 Moreover there are workmen with thee in abundance, hewers and workers of stone and timber, and all manner of cunning men for every manner of work.
16 Of the gold, the silver, and the brass, and the iron, there is no number. Arise therefore, and be doing, and the Lord be with thee.
17 David also commanded all the princes of Israel to help Solomon his son, saying,
18 Is not the Lord your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the Lord, and before his people.
19 Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the Lord God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the Lord.
23 So when David was old and full of days, he made Solomon his son king over Israel.
And he gathered together all the princes of Israel, with the priests and the Levites.
Now the Levites were numbered from the age of thirty years and upward: and their number by their polls, man by man, was thirty and eight thousand.
Of which, twenty and four thousand were to set forward the work of the house of the Lord; and six thousand were officers and judges:
Moreover four thousand were porters; and four thousand praised the Lord with the instruments which I made, said David, to praise therewith.
And David divided them into courses among the sons of Levi, namely, Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
Of the Gershonites were, Laadan, and Shimei.
The sons of Laadan; the chief was Jehiel, and Zetham, and Joel, three.
The sons of Shimei; Shelomith, and Haziel, and Haran, three. These were the chief of the fathers of Laadan.
10 And the sons of Shimei were, Jahath, Zina, and Jeush, and Beriah. These four were the sons of Shimei.
11 And Jahath was the chief, and Zizah the second: but Jeush and Beriah had not many sons; therefore they were in one reckoning, according to their father's house.
12 The sons of Kohath; Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel, four.
13 The sons of Amram; Aaron and Moses: and Aaron was separated, that he should sanctify the most holy things, he and his sons for ever, to burn incense before the Lord, to minister unto him, and to bless in his name for ever.
14 Now concerning Moses the man of God, his sons were named of the tribe of Levi.
Moses is identified as a man of God
15 The sons of Moses were, Gershom, and Eliezer.
16 Of the sons of Gershom, Shebuel was the chief.
17 And the sons of Eliezer were, Rehabiah the chief. And Eliezer had none other sons; but the sons of Rehabiah were very many.
18 Of the sons of Izhar; Shelomith the chief.
19 Of the sons of Hebron; Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.
20 Of the sons of Uzziel; Micah the first and Jesiah the second.
21 The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. The sons of Mahli; Eleazar, and Kish.
22 And Eleazar died, and had no sons, but daughters: and their brethren the sons of Kish took them.
23 The sons of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jeremoth, three.
24 These were the sons of Levi after the house of their fathers; even the chief of the fathers, as they were counted by number of names by their polls, that did the work for the service of the house of the Lord, from the age of twenty years and upward.
25 For David said, The Lord God of Israel hath given rest unto his people, that they may dwell in Jerusalem for ever:
26 And also unto the Levites; they shall no more carry the tabernacle, nor any vessels of it for the service thereof.
27 For by the last words of David the Levites were numbered from twenty years old and above:
28 Because their office was to wait on the sons of Aaron for the service of the house of the Lord, in the courts, and in the chambers, and in the purifying of all holy things, and the work of the service of the house of God;
29 Both for the shewbread, and for the fine flour for meat offering, and for the unleavened cakes, and for that which is baked in the pan, and for that which is fried, and for all manner of measure and size;
30 And to stand every morning to thank and praise the Lord, and likewise at even:
31 And to offer all burnt sacrifices unto the Lord in the sabbaths, in the new moons, and on the set feasts, by number, according to the order commanded unto them, continually before the Lord:
32 And that they should keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy place, and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, in the service of the house of the Lord.

Suffering and the truth behind human life in Christ alone

The truth behind the gift of human life isn't a path of ease and eternal joy as it may appear.
In reading the created to be his helpmeet book and understanding that "Christian woman" are avoiding the aspect of suffering, I can see how much trouble this is causing in our world.  I can see how this causes trouble in marriage!  I can see how this is causing trouble even in my marriage.   I hate facing my feminist MIL and GIL.  They dance and prance in utter disbelief of the verbal words and abuse Ive had to hear come out of their mouths!  They enjoy tieing their tubes and making the dollar bill easily without children to bear any longer.   They enjoy their death of pleasure.   They enjoy television shows while I aim to train my children to clear the table.  I get sick of it!  Meekness, quietness where is  it!  Why?  Why this flesh that doesn't do what it ought!
I've had two unassisted births that were healthy and good.  It only cost 300$ for first one and under 150$ for a second birth at home!  Had there been a problem, I would have had to go to prison as woman who have birthed unassisted and baby dies have been known to end up prison.  Home-school persecution seems like a joke compared to this reality of human suffering although the suffering for teaching children the truth is more of a long-lasting suffering.  I've had a miscarriage that I chose to carry out in a hospital.  The bill to pay doesn't seem worth it.  I wish I would have suffered through it at home and not had to pay a dollar!  I hate the fact that my worries about $ and paying for the miscarriage are causing me to get angry.  I wish I would have just suffered and possibly even DIED while in the process of miscarriage just so I wouldn't have to leave the mark of anger over financial worries!
I don't know about you, but this is truly how God created the woman.....to suffer for his glory!  Had I died in bleeding so excessively in a second trimester miscarriage, would I have been selfish for not calling 911 as I didn't want to leave behind a dramatic medical bill for my husband to pay???????

Yes, I do not believe in the "quiverful" mentality as it is wrong to produce 8 babies in the womb while aborting 4 of them........  Its also wrong to bring unwanted children in the world that are not wanted by the man.
Ok....so that is a rant, but definitely what a woman MUST be-aware of before tieing the knot.  Suffering will come your way and you MUST suffer through it!  Why make a husband pay a 10,000+ dollar medical bill for a process YOU can figure out with ones own two hands!  Home birth is very simple and safe as long as your mind is in line with what you are doing.   On the other hand maybe your health isn't good for homebirth and you must birth c-section in a hospital!  Suffering Suffering Suffering and a scalpel is drawn across the abdomen!

So who is ready to be married?  The woman who is willing to suffer!  The woman who is not willing to suffer is not ready to get married......ever.  Its a battle!  Its a battle to die in the place of an unwanted child brought into being by 1 man and 1 woman.  The battle to gain the meek and quiet spirit in the midst of immoral confusions that surround us.... must.... be.... won!

The price to pay for avoiding suffering is the cancer of death.   The cancer of bitterness.  The cancer in the flesh in human disease for refusing children.  The cancer of a community torn apart for lack of children joyfully serving God in Truth!  Cancer caused by refusal...... to suffer.

So where is your attitude?  Are you suffering or are you following the lie.  The lies of society, religion and the cancers of death and immorality? Suffering in the middle of family and friends spouses who smoke, drink, sexual impurity, mental depressions, gluttony, pornography and more.  The bitterness or the joy???  The choice is yours.   The choice is not easy.

swim questions in reguards to how Christian woman should handle this.....

My husband likes and wants to go swimming in a liberal pool (one where the swimmers and folks in the community come out of hippy, evolutionary, abortionistic, homosexual attitudes and such about human sexuality)  Thankfully he has never said I need to walk around in strings and fry myself or the kids in the sun.

We have five your old whom we would like to have take lessons.  Is there anything I should be aware of that would cause danger to his eyes in general.  Usually young girls are not developed yet, but others may walk by who are.  I don't want any of our children to get in bondage of pornography or get skewed understandings of female-male nature.  I don't want daughter to fall for "prince charming" who only wants her body and doesn't care for her life and godly character.

Is there a pleasant way I can convince my husband to encourage swimming at a private pool or should I not make a fuss about issues like this??????  My husband did have problems with pornography at one time in his life and he has a brother in prison for it.  What can I teach my son and kids about not touching or looking at woman's body even if husband wants to go swimming in string-ally.
I really like the letter about Judy (on pg 126-7 chapter 13 in created to be his helpmeet) who wrote #1 daddy to her husband who was around strippers and prostitutes.  Marriage is hard.  Especially when I hear of my husbands cousins falling for the prostitutes......

To choose to remain single a decision for woman.

this is a copy from a forum on which a question was asked, is it ok for a woman to choose to remain single for the rest of her life?

Rev_14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Single people for God are the first fruits as the verse above explains. It would be a blessing to be single in our world today. The culture of America is confused about Godliness in so many ways. The culture of America thinks that Godliness is something that can be voted in to office or presented in a religious institutional way.
There is a wonderful book for single ladies by Helen Andelin. I have not read it, but I am sure it is wonderful. “Before you meet prince charming” is also another good work although she addresses hope for a possible suitor (which in reality may never come, yet joy can still exist). “every woman’s battle” is a pretty good book too……but the bible is the best.
I feel like after I started my relationship with my husband verbal abuse and psychological conniptions (due to feminism and scorn in his family) started increasing dramatically despite the fact that we grew up in similar area and with somewhat similar background. I thought I would be single for the rest of my life but didn’t realize how important modest dress was to keep me from harm in relationship. I also didn’t realize how important it was for my family to help me decide character in men. My problems with anger towards others especially in protection of my wonderful children showed up too as I felt manipulated to put my children in front of TV set rather than having them be godly…..God has allowed me to find healing for my soul in this situation, but I still have to face forgiveness.
As a single woman there is the “busy body” and there is the godly woman. I would say if you are single and working in a sunday school while still attending to activities in a casino, alcohol addictions, making a joke about homosexual behaviors, gathering material possessions and such, as biblical ordinances never encouraged such behavior, there may be some judgment heading your way. But if you are single, a student of God’s word and scripture, visiting widows and orphans with joy in your spirit, you will be blessed beyond measure.
Now she that is a widow [or a single woman] indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day. But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
(1Ti 5:5-6)
It is a blessing to be a single Christian woman because you can easily and freely minister to Muslims and wear a head covering without belittling by men of Western culture. Christ speaks about not judging man by outward appearance but by inward appearance…. You can also easily reach out to women who are in a boyfriend-girlfriend mess and are confused about how to raise children in a such a hard situation. You can learn the biblical calendar and not get berated for refusing to celebrate XYZ holiday. I hope you find strength and God’s love in whatever situation you are in. Like I said before, you can have possibly MORE joy being single in this world than being married. Eternity is forever. This world is temporary.
A friend of mine thought she was to remain single for life, but God called a man in to her life. She now enjoys being a mother of children. However, when she got married, she found she did have problems in her flesh even though she followed the pattern of biblical relation before the marriage.

Postings of thoughts. Not too organized just the path laid out before us.

What is the most powerful weapon on planet earth (no humans' cannot live on the moon....logically it would never work, childbirth has its gravitational priorities)????  Prayer.

First we need to fix up ourselves and then we can think about fixing up our neighbor.  Love your neighbor as yourself goes a long way.  Your neighbor may be white, black, yellow, arab, jewish, orange, spotted or what have you.  Your neighbor may be a spouse, sister, brother, aunt, uncle or upstairs friend.   Gardening principles still apply.  Garden our minds with God's word and God's truth.  Learn hebrew, greek latin or whatever it takes to solve the "math"  problems set before us.  Learn new things......learn old foraging skills or what have you to survive.  Our spirit is willing the flesh is still that.....weak.  Going to church may not even solve the problems of life, making money for self won't fix those problems either....but fixing the problems in our homes and families will put the enemy to shame.  Feed the spirit and the fleshly muck we will have to deal with until our day on earth is done will die off.  Death to our selfish selves and temptations cease.  Death means no more alcohol, no more cigarettes, no more depression, no more rock and roll, no more gambling, no more crazy stuff.  Death.....death on the cross.  Its all a matter of choice.  Choose truth.  Choose life.
