Christian Liberty: Removing Difficult Circumstances (3)

In the bible it says, "Rom_8:13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live."  In other words, our body is a temporary fleshly tabernacle.

Because our body is a temporary dwelling of the "spirit," there ARE extremists who misuse this condition!

Should we be afraid of this condition?  No.  We should not fear this spirit that exists in all men.  Some men are "saved" so to speak, some men have "solved" a few riddles to overcome their "selfish desires" and some men are out right wicked.

Extremists can exist in any type of person.  They can say who they want to say they are.  They may say they are Christian, but then when their body turns old and grey, they are NOT a peaceful person in the Nursing Home and are constantly fighting with staff or other residents!  So hearing someone "say" they believe in Jesus, does NOT mean they LOVE JESUS in their heart.  A political "right wing" person or a political "left wing" person can "say things."  Being political doesn't mean a person knows the Gospel and lives for the TRUTH in their heart.

Because of this "deceptive nature" in humanity, even under the condition of calling one's self a follower of Jesus/Yeshua, it is IMPORTANT to be READY for the extremists!  They can even brew in one's own household (Absolom for example!@!)

Should you cling to a constant "fear" of the extremist?  No.  Constant fear will not fix them and it will not fix the situations you have to deal with in this life.  Do not fear simple things that the extremist or those in "alternative religions" do.  For example, dressing modestly is a "neutral thing."  Dietary laws are also neutral unless there is cannibalism involved.  Sometimes sexuality choices are neutral, but beware of people's attempt to return to Roman-life-style........and repeating the history of Nero.

Should you expose the extremist?  Yes, expose their ugly condition as necessary.  Maybe that extremist is in bondage to sin.  Maybe that extremist is someone close to you (Jesus had disciples he loved, but Judas betrayed him)

Did Jesus constantly fear the Romans?  No.  Did Jesus constantly fear Judas (the hypocritical mocker of truth)? No.  Did Jesus constantly fear the Samaritans because they were not Jewish?  No.  Did Jesus constantly fear the cult-religions and pagan-religions of the far-east?  No.  Did Jesus fear the false-prophets that he said were going to come in "his name"?  No

All in all we need to know WHO takes care of our soul.  "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
(Php 1:21)"

Essentially, the best thing to do when you are surrounded by "wicked men" is to continue to study the scripture and know what it says!  Narrow your focus to include "God's Laws" because lawlessness is a common symptom among the extremists.

EXPOSE their evil and explain that it is wrong in some way or another.  Either personally, or by "newspaper opinion" as necessary.  If they refuse to "listen" shake the dust off of your feet.  Don't assume that you are "better" than "them" or maintain and "us vs them" mentality.  No, that will only expose your own hypocrisy.  ALL have fallen short of the GLORY of God!

If you are "working with" or "working among" or "working for" these types of people, maintain sanity by meditating on Psalms and Proverbs and other types of verses like that.  Maintain UNCONDITIONAL love for other believers, this strengthens the message of the GOSPEL!

All in all, we are here to show that JESUS is the only hope for humanity.  If humanity doesn't listen, then Humanity will remain "lost."  If humanity listens when you are kind and relieve the broken heart, then you have done your part.  Knowing the scripture and knowing how others in extreme situations dealt with things will help you maintain strength.
