Soudough French Bread and all pantry french bread

This recipe accommodates my 2 week pantry menu blog post

3.5 cups homemade buttermilk
4 cups homemade sourdough starter (it is simple to make like friendship bread)
2 teaspoons sea salt
1/3 cup pure honey
1/6 cup molasses
2 Tablespoons butter
10-17 cups whole wheat flour

mix all wet ingredients first. Then add flour 2 cups at a time to a soft kneadable dough. Knead 10 minutes or until dough is well blended. Divide into four lumps and turn into a circle loaf. Let rise for 8 hours. Before bedtime roll out each circle to remove bubbles. Mold into a mound by folding in the edges of each circle. Turn the mound smooth side up on a greased cookie sheet or pan. In the morning the dough is ready to bake in 350' oven for 49 minutes. Let cool. Cut into bread slices. Enjoy

All pantry items:
1 t yeast
2 t Kosher salt
4-5 cups flour
1/2 cup warm water
2 cup warm water

proof yeast in 1/2 water
add remaining ingredients
knead 10 minutes
rise 1 hour
flatten and shape to rounds
rise 10 minutes
shape again to cookie sheets
rise 40 minutes
Bake 400' for 30 minutes
