1...2...3...4 Why am I getting harrassed for being me???

Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud. PS 123:4

Why am I getting harassed for being me? Why does someone want to rid me for telling the truth? Why does someone want to hurt me for walking or looking the wrong way? Why don't they like me for being the wrong age, race, nationality, wrong educational background and other issues at hand?

That is the question and God has left us with the answer. We are given everything we need from the time we are conceived. There is an enemy that is after us and often times he or she is at ease. His or her life appears perfect and organized. They feel they have it all together. They are at ease.

They may be proud of their own intelligence thinking that they are smarter than the one who created them in the womb.

They that are at ease and filled with pride can be found anywhere. They can be found in the workplace. They can be found in the school system of any flavor. They can be found. They can be found in the organization of the church. They can be found. They can be found in the organization of the family. They can be found. They can be found in the government. They can be found walking wildly on the street corner. They can be found.

We feel it in our body system as we feel tense and disturbed by their scorn and contempt.

We who know Christ do not have to let these scornful people get under our skin. We know who they are and so does God. He judges those who scorn. We can rest in his promise.

Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud. PS 123:4
