People who assume the worst about others.....

These are some notes from a sermon I heard online.  This is a more "private/small" church group, so I won't tell you the specific faith group.............I thought the ideas presented were legit and useful according to God's word and according to the battles we face in this world.

They may sway people to believe that every one has "phobia" or "hate" or "fear" problems of some sort.  Perhaps a person can identify these things by reading: Ben Shapiro's book -Bullies-.....but that is only exposing the "false accuser" and TRUTHFULLY so, what is the further problem and solution to all of this?

I digress away from the political realm and meander into depth of the "iceberg" after it has been spotted from afar.

They assume that everyone who doesn't agree with them, MUST surely have the terrible thing in their heart!

Little do they know, that they themselves have never stored up "THY WORD" in their own heart, so they do NOT have the strength to endure actual hatred from others.

These people assume they are THE ultimate center of the universe.  They often are false pretentious people who seek glory for selfish gain.  If people don't follow their command, they flip.

People who assume the worst about others are found in the bible.

2 Samuel 10 says that people offered and encouraged HATE or assumptions of HATE, when they were given complete utter KINDNESS!  So their assumptions of "ill well being" were narcissistic in nature.

Grossly assuming, is an utter failure of the far-left and deceptive nature of the far-right, when they should be giving people the benefit of the doubt.  Duplicitous intentions often lead to a downfall later on.  Often the fruit is a compromised heart.  One will eventually find that a compromised heart, is opposed to ones own goodness in life.  Ones own upbringing that was good or ones own family life that was acceptable in his eyes.

An example is assuming that all people of this or that group are "that way" can lead the heart to search for VIOLENCE rather than a heart that seeks for TRUTH and REDEMPTIVE RELATIONSHIP with fellow man.

Essentially the person who has the "mixed bag" of assumptions about others will be the very person who "mocks," "scorns," "mutters hatred," "falsely accuses," and so forth.  They are using scripture to keep people away from GOD'S FAMILY rather than encouraging them to BUILD UP his KINGDOM.  The person of "mixed bag" assumptions (that man who yelled -homophobe- on the internet wire or -nazi- across the street) will eventually have to find him self on the edge of repentance.......one who says he is good on his own strength......but has not yet attained the fullness of the TRUTH.  Essentially, they are "used" on the earth as ambassadors in some way, but they are not being "useful" for eternity and the kingdom to come.

Newsflash: God does not treat us according to what is "equal," he treats us according to what is good and right in HIS eyes.

Must we delve into the realm of asking GOD what is the right thing to do with these assumption people?  Perhaps.  And rightly so.  We should stop living as if God doesn't have a solution for these problems in humanity and start living as if he holds the future!  Dwelling on their -fake assumptions- does little to nothing to further God's plan and God's kingdom.  The ENEMY WANTS us to listen to THEM.  We should START ENJOYING OBEDIENCE to GOD and what HE holds in the FUTURE!

The LORD will do what seems good to HIM (not to men).  His plan is redemption and righteousness in the face of evil.  All the servants of "evil" will eventually fail at their meanderings as they surrender to the KING of KINGS.

Things to do in the face of the enemy: 1. QUESTION their intentions.  What makes them ASSUME?
2. Redeem our view of following God's direction (not man's direction).  Recognize that we CAN move boldly in the RIGHT direction in HIS EYES!
3. Be of good courage, the battle is NOT YOURS.  There is no temptation GREATER than what is COMMON to all men (online and off-line).  God doesn't give you more than what you can bear.  (Note: your courage is not about YOU.....it is about the redeemer of men!)
4. The plan is to come against the DEVIL's Schemes.  The "false accuser of the brethren." Jesus MEMORIZED and PRESENTED ....THY WORD...to the evil tempter in the wilderness.
5. Actively advocate for the TRUTH.  Put on the armor against the evils, principalities, darkness of this world.
6. Pray for CITIES to turn to GOD in righteous deeds.  Take captive every thought and intention that stands against his RIGHTEOUSNESS.
7. If and when necessary, reveal the "emporer" of cities that have "no clothes."  Reveal that he only SAYS he cares for the "poor"......but his actions show that he gives to the "poor" only once a year (a town can not survive off of food for one year if food is delivered one day in the year).
8. Be advocates of those who stand for what is right in God's eyes.
9. Be ready for "explosive" arguments who are not prepared for the TRUTH of their condition.  Be prepared for working with the people who set themselves up against the knowledge of God and his righteousness.  Be prepared for people who are "emotionally shaken" by the words that come from the HEART of God's word.

10. People need to be "emotionally shaken" and "offended."  Evil in the sight of God is still evil.

11. Jesus said, Take heart, I have overcome the world!
