Tips to relieve symptoms:
- Rest in warm tub 20-30 minutes* (don't let water get too hot)
- Coconut water
- Supplements like vit. B6, Iron, vit. C
- Legumes
- Lemon Water (Fresh Lemon in glass of cold water)**
- Raw Fruits and Vegetables (some fruits are acidic and cause sickness)*
- Cold Showers*
- Foot Massage
- Don't eat Sugar (eliminate cookies, candy, cakes, juice etc)**
