Childcare and aggressive children behaviors reversed with God's love
There are multiple reasons why mothers should be the main care givers in the family while the father leads by teaching and example. This article shows how aggression develops as children are left to others to care for them. I personally will not even allow my son to be alone in the nursery and in Sunday school rooms alone with other adults because I know that aggressive and uncontrollable behaviors will develop. Today in the church we attend there was a parent who was having difficulty controlling a 2 year old and the 4 year old daughter. The crying was so extensive that the church congregation could hear the screams from inside the parsonage while the pastor was preaching. As Titus 2:4 states, "That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children" It was very apparent that the children wanted to be with the parents rather than with strangers in the nursery. Also 1Timothy 3:2 states "A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach;"
In other words the Lord wants us to teach, but he especially wants parents to consider the needs of his or her own family first before taking care of the needs of other families. By forcibly handing our own children over to other's care we are allowing the children to be filled with wrath. As Ephesians 6:4 states "And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. " We must pray that God will lead us as Christians away from Churches who do not consider the needs of the family first especially in the needs of the children. In other words if a church forces your son or daughter to go to Sunday school, go to college, go pursue a high maintenance career......it is best to leave that church.
Teach your children how to love the LORD! Learn to love being with the gracious gift that God has given you. Even if money is not in your pocket, all the precious time you spend with your children is a far better investment than any promising career!
