If a person reads through Genesis here and there, violence is expressed among the people and by God himself (Noah's flood).
The flood of "ideas" that come through the mind of men, women and children can get out of hand from time to time.
God has figured that out long ago. Before the invention of "Youtube."
Anyhow, if a person posts a video about "Sodom and Gomorrah" a person could look at that video and "complain" about it because it is "offensive to them" for some reason or another. Hey, even Jesus addressed "Sodom and Gomorrah" issues! "And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee. (Mat 11:23-24)"
Of course a person NEEDS to read further in the scripture to identify WHY "Sodom and Gomorrah" was a bad place. But those who are catering to "far-left" or even "far-right" issues will twist the chitter chatter about that topic. Hence the things that JESUS himself would say.......through a youtube channel, would have to go on "restricted mode"...... I suppose when he overturned the money changers tables.....a video showing that would ALSO go on "restricted mode."
Because a video is in "restricted mode," does that mean that the video produced by the people are "bad people." Was Jesus a "bad man"?????? NOOOOO!
Ummmmmmmm no.no.no. A person could click further links and discover the other things that the video producer produces or social choices of the person who is producing the video to determine the concerns of the person.
Many of the people who are speaking about the problems of "Sodom and Gommorah"(part 2) on youtube are NOT a part of Westburrow Baptist church or various dangerous extremist groups.....like Nazi's or ISIS. If that is people's fear, then that is their problem.
Of course, some videos are on "restricted mode" because the video is not appropriate for the "general audience." (like showing people shooting guns or acting as such). This is how to adjust the settings on Youtube to "restricted mode"......simply click on the "Restricted Mode" link, then click the tab.
The "official video" for this POPULAR youtuber (Charlie Puth) is RESTRICTED (if you click the RESTRICTED MODE option):
The Lyric version of the video IS available on "restricted mode" even though the message of the song promotes "poor social choices" and even contains some foul words:
Anyhow, moving on. There are other videos produced by not-so-popular but fairly visible youtubers. The content may even be produced by teenagers who are just acting. This particular video is NOT available on "restricted mode."
or even lip-sync videos that show teen kids acting this and that way (though it is generally acting....without major moral dilemma issues)......even with a little brotherly love and affection......is not available on "restricted mode."
I have no idea what "determines" when a video should go on "restricted mode." Maybe it is a rating used by those in the far-left to support far-left agendas (like a video about gay-marriage or even incest marriage.....in twisted liberal agendas way....to keep kids HAPPY about untruths.....and live apart from "the word"....those videos are still available on "restricted mode."). I don't know how they "judge" what is good or bad content......(Nero wasn't very good at judging people either@!!!@!) What ever, the case, the "offended" don't like "the truth".....so they try every means they can find to block it.
In Christian world-view, just because a video is on "restricted mode" does not mean that the video is "bad" or the producers of the video are "bad guys." A video that is NOT on "restricted mode" could be HIGHLY inappropriate for young audiences or others (as in the case where lyric videos may contain foul language and offensive chitter chatter that demands adherence to lower morality standards of life). A video that is not on "restricted mode" could freely contain content that is heavily laced with "lawless" agendas and ideas for children or adults.
A person like Ben Shapiro.......or others who speak like him, perhaps have a lot of videos on "restricted mode," but he tells things as they are!
If you are a part of a "social club" or "church group" or even "family members" that don't like you addressing the "issues" of Sodom and Gommorah (or similar issues), in an appropriate and peaceable manner, you either a. need to find a different group of friends to hang out with or b. confront them appropriately in a way that shows that ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (pedophilia, pornography, child marriage, forced rape culture etc. are all wicked in his eyes). The reason you NEED to address this problem is because the people are practicing "discrimination towards free speech"....that means when a pedophilia problem is around (or other issues like that...including rape),......the people are assuming the "men" involved are "good men" on their own terms.
The average "joe" could have his videos on "restricted mode" if the wrong people get the wrong ideas.... just saying.....getting kicked by a horse is quite violent, and terrorists are violent too (even if they are "White" or if they are "muslim"):
This video is available on "restricted mode"..... who knows maybe the message is clear enough about "words" but yet many pop-singers or other singers are on "restricted mode" for their videos....(shawn clearly has some latino heritage...some from indigenous culture want to speak indigenous languages)...
