"Will you marry me".... through facebook messenger.....

Hmmm.

I grew up in the country....so.....nothing surprises me.....especially the weatherrrrrr.

I grew up learning that THIS is the most important message when it comes to LOVE:

Well, I have a wide variety of Facebook friends.

From MANY different countries.  Non-Christian and Christian alike.  (I can't really filter who is more Catholic based and who is more Bible focused)

I do love and care about many of the Facebook friends.....because I get REAL news from REAL people from the foreign countries..... like Pakistan, or Cambodia, or Bolivia......and Israel too! (some of the posts make me sad.....) (a real person can only keep connection with about 200 people online....unfortunately...)

Many times I appreciate the "gospel centered" posts and messenger inspiration from foreign countries.  And from this country too.

Occasionally, I get "crooked messages" from "crooked men" who only look for my ......outward appearance...or ahem... or seem so highly interested in "will you marry me" this and that.  And I'm like.....um.  I have a husband.  I don't need another one......he he polyandry is for a historical opinion (and a cultural context for more matriarchial cultures) in my understanding of spiritual reality......patriarchial (as head)-matriachial (as body) balance is key overall biblically speaking.  I avoid ..... empty ..... apologetic controversial conversations....they are time consuming.....rather point to a ministry.

So, when I get the "will you marry me" messenger posts....I don't say too much.  I have worked in health care before and many men are looking for a "hand to hold."  I remember some funny comments from some men ("Who's gonna sleep here tonite"......but it is more funny - or an issue with dementia - than anything).  I "get" why the problem men (and sometimes women) who are "sex traffickers" need to be dealt with in a Justice System way.

How do I get those messages to "go away" for a time but still remain friends with these online friends????  Who knows, maybe their heart will get conviction about something.

Answer.

I explain that I have -relatives- that LOOK like these guys.  And act like them too, from time to time.  Not really in a mean-senseless-stupid way......

really.... things go more like this....as far as different matters are concerned.  If a dude wants to "find me".... well they will end up marrying the family too......all of its goofy parts and pieces.....:

or issues like this show up sometimes..... in the extended family.....:

When they understand that I know what is "going on" in the highly patriarchy (without serious moral stability towards women, widow and children) based countries (or I really can't stand the gross stuff through the internet pipeline......), then they know that they really shouldn't "mess around" asking me stuff they shouldn't really be asking me about.

Even though a person has "look alike" family members, a person NEEDS to remember the GOSPEL message.  It is THIS: "Joh_15:10  If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love."  It is NOT based upon blood-related family conditions, appearances or character behavior....it is based upon truth and trust in HIM.

I approve of sensible conversation.  Like natural remedy or just a quick inspirational video or hymn video.

Some women on my facebook feed must have trouble with dealing with men who only want to "use them" for the wrong reasons.  I know one woman in particular has a "lower IQ."  I don't really know how to help this woman understand how to protect herself from that type of thing.

Despite issues like that.

Facebook is a great way to share HYMNS, BIBLE STORIES, GODLY SERMONS, MINISTRY FOCUS and REAL CONDITIONS (non-media bias) with people around the world.  In some cases, you may need an "off facebook website" if you are concerned that your content will be "banned" from discussion.  (By the way, pop-culture is approved in countries with a majority people who are not of the Christian faith, or in countries with persecution problems.....it can be used as a "vehicle" to get attention in some ways)

Note: some people MAY ask for money for this and that on FACEBOOK messenger.  YOU need to point them to "natural wild-eddible" food resources in their area.  Clothing can come through natural or recycled means.  Educational things CAN come from the bible if people work at it daily with the children.  Severe violent persecution or wars can only be dealt with in a local-way.....
