Essentials vs. Non-Essentials of Christian Faith

Don't create divisions in the "church body" over non-essentials

Many of these divisions occur because of LAWLESSNESS in the hearts of men!  That means that the first five books of the bible are ignored or mixed up with the "philosophies" of vain men.

-Choose life vs. Pregnancy problems or surrogacy......  People in all sorts of pregnancy situations who are believers would not promote "abortion of a beating heart" for any reason.  Doing so is murder.  However, the woman with a "pregnancy problem" has full rights and access to her body and the conditions of bearing that child in the womb.  The problem pregnancy conditions should not come between believers.  Some women have barren wombs.  Marriages and sexuality situations that force unnatural womb environments (via birth control pills) could be catering to conditions like abortions.

-Use of public school vs. other educational choices
Children need to be educated.  They should be educated in the scripture first and foremost.  However, there are "modern day issues" at play and safety measures the children need to learn.  So long as the children are taught from the scripture at home, then schooling can come from any method.  Children "catch" more than they are continuously taught from a text book of any sort.
The educational resource should: have no foreign religions (aka a missionary should not need to send their child to an islamic indoctrination public school), parents teach children to recognize the false secular holidays (aka Christmas with Santa or Halloween), for temporary elementary social skills, no sexuality teaching or expressions, admit crimes it committed against certain minority groups and people (teachers with pedophilia or rape,  extensive abuse conditions etc).  A parent that needed to use a public school for temporary reasons isn't less of a person, especially if the state in which they dwell or are enrolled required certain types of education.
Typically children can learn from home before age 10 and only need up to an 8th grade education for basic study and safety skills in latin languages.  However, spirituality is a "life long" education in wisdom.

-Home birth vs. Hospital and other maternity issues
So long as the hospital is protecting family rights (no vaccinations, no epidurals etc).  Whether a woman had an all natural birth or c-section. Whether the child was born via surrogacy or had open heart surgery in the womb.  Whether the mother used an ultra sound to check for abnormalities or not.  Whether the mother checked the potential for down-syndrome test or not (though certain tests lead to abortions, so conditional matters may play a role).  The disability condition of the mother or complete physical fitness.

-Vaccination vs. no-vaccination
Sure we see the signs everywhere that a "flu vaccine" has no benefit for humanity or for children on that matter.  However, we CANNOT choose for our neighbor (whom we are to love) and we CANNOT choose for a spouse or family member (whom we are to submit) on these issues.  A vaccination is temporary and "of this world."  It is a modern day invention and the fruits of it show up scientifically.  Basically, should we stop loving people because of "pharmacy drugs".....even if they are a scam and not truly necessary?

-Organic vs. inorganic
So long as no human or animal rights are violated, this shouldn't be an issue.  However, when a person chooses a vegetarian or pork-free diet or any sort of diet that eliminates the worship of idolatry that person should be respected.

-Gluttony vs. Fasting
Some people fast.  Some people make big feasts and invite many guests.  Some have banquets at churches to feed the community.  The issues with "food intake" have more to do with attitude towards those who either fast or go to a feast.  The LORD should be the continual feast and look forward to the feast in heaven, not focus on the things of this world.

-Marriage relationships that are successful with one-man and one-woman vs. other issues.
What if a person practices open marriage and is confident that the spouse was ok with that?  What if a couple are married but one had previous partners, lust issues and infidelity?  What if a man has multiple wives and they practice polygny?  What if a person was in a "young marriage" but then found it to be extremely abusive so she divorced and remarried in the Lord?  What if a woman was raped and/or molested before the age of accountability, does this mean she can't have a godly marriage?  What if a couple is one-man and one-woman relationship, but they had relations before marriage alter....then later came to Christ and confessed these issues? What about the conditions in our human history of "cousin marriage" or a convert to Christianity who is already in a "cousin marriage"? What if a couple chose not to use a marriage ceremony with lots of people or even just did their own thing without marriage certificate?  These issues should not be a problem if people are aware that CHRIST alone is the bridegroom and the church body is the bride.

-Age of marriage vs. headscarf on a woman
The age gap in a marriage shouldn't matter once the youngest is a fully grown adult (aka 20 years old).  A young marriage is possible IF the oldest in the marriage is financially and morally responsible (ie. a 16 year old married to a 21 year old).  A headscarf on a woman can indicate that she esteems the scripture, but one must ask questions about how she interprets the bible.  The woman in the marriage should feel confident in her decisions to marry based on convictions given in scripture.  A headscarf can be a benefit to check for moral standards in the man.

-First five books of the bible vs. torah standards
The confidence in what is written in the first five books of the bible (the law) should be the focus in Christian faith.  If not, then belief in "false doctrine" is sure to exist.  The "age of the earth" is not actually listed in the bible, but OTHER elements of essential parts of the faith are listed.  The belief of a world-wide flood can have major impact on the internal definitions of wickedness vs. faith.  Basically the faith group at hand SHOULD consider the bible to be truth.  Torah standards of living can hold water as a whole and people can practice these things as Christians (aka no pork, Sabbath, feast days etc), but it is more important to BELIEVE the first five books and how Jesus fulfilled the law.

-Jewish and Gentile conditions
A faith group that speaks reproachfully and negatively on a "race" or "ethnicity" is a church group that doesn't esteem the "whole bible" (including the law).  A faith group that caters to the Jewish people as a whole and says they have never "sinned" or "do bad things" (aka promote abortions, rape, character issues etc) is a church group that doesn't esteem the Jewish people and their full redemption.  Character of CHRIST should be promoted in Jewish and Gentile believers.  Check out ask Dr. Brown on Jewish-Gentile relationships for believers or purposefully talk with a Jewish person yourself.  Extreme anti-semitism is NOT of God and people who have practiced it over the centuries have NOT considered the fullness of the scripture (aka the talmudic teachings are not always geared towards hate of God's word, but some beneficial elements are found in the Jewish religions AND Jewish people have been in Christian circles for many years).  Jewish people come in all shapes sizes ethnicity appearances beliefs and backgrounds.

-Women working outside the home vs. stay at home wife/mother
A woman who is not focused on careers "of this world" should not be obligated to "keep up" with the standards of this world.  There are intellectually gifted women who can use their gifts to benefit the good of humanity.  There are things that appear ok in the world's eyes, but the women would do better as a woman to stay at home with her children and become appealing to her husband. If the scripture is not used in the home regularly, then worldly ideas can brew one way or another.  It is better to be inline with the scripture as a woman, than to go completely against it all for the sake of money and careers "of this world."  A little odd-job here and there or even a small business will not destroy a home, but a major career that takes away from time in the home certainly could do so.

-Health insurance vs. govt' benefits
If a church group isn't around that supports various healthcare needs from a financial stand-point, then it is likely that someone in that group might not get their needs met without such benefits.  Should we stop caring about the person with cancer?  Some people don't use much healthcare services so they avoid the benefits from health insurance.  Should we stop caring about the person who is healthy?  Health care coverage should occur and it is of use if a church group helps people financially, but it is a non-essential if a person rightfully chooses not to use the "professional service" or "insurance coverage."  Some people go by faith and believe in "faith healing" within a certain amount of conditions and elements of this life.  Children or vulnerable adults may need benefits from the state and it is available never-the-less.

-Sabbath day (or feast days) vs. Sunday (and secular holidays)
There are godly teachings from Sabbath day churches.  There are godly teachings from Sunday churches.  No one should judge a person if that person attends and practices "sabbath days."  The Sabbath day is for man......not man for the Sabbath.  Same with a good godly teaching on the bible even positioned on a "secular holiday" or celebration.  Overcome evil with good in our secular world.

-Virginity at marriage vs. other issues and practices before faith
Some people are disabled and had no option but to be put under the care of a misinformed or wicked healthcare worker.  Some people created their own environment which led to their lack of virginity but Jesus says "sin no more."  Some people are were not trained to control their lusts and passions, but then later came to the knowledge of the cross.  Some people carry the burden of other men's sins before the full age of accountability (age 20).  Some people who have burned with lust ended up married before they understood the issues at hand.  Virginity at the marriage alter isn't always the benefit for all involved and doesn't actually allow for full salvation.  Rather it is SELF-CONTROL (so that values of the potential marriage partner can be checked) and seeking the one who values humanity the most.  Each person's situation about how they "lost their virginity" can differ from person to person and from generation to generation.  There are godly bible based support groups in our nation that help people caught up in sexual sins (from trafficking to infidelity etc).

-Keeping up with the traditions of parents vs. following the redeemer alone
Some people are born into a family that had various traditions that benefited the biblical teachings.  Some people grow up and grow away from the teachings from their parents or go through certain things.  We as humanity are not to "worship our parents" or "fathers before us".....but rather we are to expose the wicked things of darkness (even if they are in our generations) and focus on the cross.  For some, that means limited interactions with parents, for others it means improved interactions with parents.  This can also include other family members as well.

-Political ties vs actual truth and needs in humanity
Some people put more emphasis on a political candidate than on the cross......some people see more benefit in mocking the sinner than in finding a way to redeem the sinner.  Political ties and affiliations are no match for the benefits that come from the kingdom.  Speak and use this world wisely.  Use God's word to fix this world.

-Baptisms or symbolic things from church group
Some people are godly and they never had a full water baptism.  Their fruits show us who they are inside.  Some people are godly and they had a full water baptism.  Their fruits show us who they are inside.
Some people light candles on a Sabbath day and their fruits show us who they are inside.
Some people light candles at a Christmas potluck dinner for the homeless and their fruits show us who they are inside.
All in all, the symbolic things are temporary and inanimate objects are no match for the TRUE REDEMPTION that comes from above.  John 3:16 applies to ALLL the world (even to the secular man who confesses Christ right before car-accident).  Parables and action mean more than religious inanimate symbols.

-Education levels and status
The bible is written at a 5th to 8th grade level....some would even say up to 12th grade level.  But in reality, the stories are for ALL people of ALL ages and stages.  "Search the scriptures" is more valuable than search through a library and find information to get a degree in astrophysics from an Ivy League in China....after all....how does knowing these things from deep within our universe benefit our creator?  In the long run, knowing that God created the heavens and earth and all the people and situations we are faced with, is more valuable in the long run.  So look at this universe as if HE plans on seeing you in his eternal kingdom after you are done breathing while on this earth.......degree or no degree.  Intellectual gifted men and not intellectually gifted men know how to read scripture and share gospel.

-Holy Kiss and brotherly love....
Some churches have caved into the notion that a life of "sexual perversion" is the solution to the issues of same sex love and conditions.  The reality.....all men are created equal.....but the equality ends when the sexuality goes haywire.  A church that practices the "holy kiss" and a companionship of men.....is a church filled with "brotherly love"......without love....who would show the world whom Christ happens to be in the hearts of men.

So I listed many non-essentials.......

******

These can and should be essentials and absolutely necessary for the christian faith:

Issues regarding "crimes"....rape, murder, treatment of children and widows.....
Born again conditions (yes, that means that some need to chose different faith groups)
Professing him before men
Psalms and Proverbs topics
Fruits of the Spirit
Non-resistance
Modesty Standards along with relationship and sexuality issues.
Sermon on the Mt. Standards
Overcoming evil with good
Not giving over to the devil
Not catering to "idolatrous religions" or terrorism conditions
Racism issues
Pastoring issues where the pastor makes much income while the congregation suffers......

and so forth

We all walk by faith and not by sight.....don't let a little issues that don't benefit "the kingdom on earth" destroy the foundations of faith

Watch this video to "see" how some of the non-essentials vs. essentials in a Messianic belief apply even under the veil of "Talmudic" conditions.  The lord truly looks at the HEART.

Why should Christians be "Christian" and not particularly political?

1. Some people in political parties have "no experience" in something.

2. Some people in political parties have not looked into seeing things from another perspective.

3. Some people in political parties have never "searched the scriptures."

4. Some people in political parties have internal hatred towards another for no reason.

5. Only GOD is the one who has the final say in how to judge people in their behaviours and actions in their life.

6. Some people in political parties claim to care about a particular "christian ideal" but really they want political "brownie points" so they are actually interested in their own interests and allowing the "sin to continue."

7. People in one particular heritage or culture background can have a variety of ways to interpret and deal with "sin issues."

8. "Brotherly love" can be interpreted differently among different faith groups.

9. Women and Men roles may differ slightly by culture and language, but biological terms remain the same.....even in flawed conditions of biology.  In other words, humanity tries to make something political that is already biologically ingrained.

10. Not everyone who has the same economic status (poor vs. rich) agrees on the same political realm.

I may listen to "racism," "culture issues", or "environmental issues" from a left-leaning side of things, because they believe in "education" to help people overcome errors in judgment of others or the natural world in which we live.  We are all related to someone who is "different" than ourselves.

I may listen to "relationship," "faith supporting issues" or "free speech" from a right-leaning side of things, because they believe that personal faith requires a set of ideals and most likely the "bible" is what interprets faith for Christians.

Overall, study of the scripture and rightly dividing the truth leads men and women in the right direction.  Putting full trust in the "Armour designed by men" will be flawed in more ways than one.

Andrew Klavan is well educated....and started out "liberal" but turns towards "conservative" beliefs....

Once there was a country.....

Once there was a country

The rulers of that country allowed:
-slavery
-racism
-removal of indigenous persons (meaning the people who were on the land for over 1000 years)
-pedophillia (so long as the young person was a slave)
-attacking anyone who disagreed with the establishment
-young marriages (age 13 and above could get married)
-corruptions in character (an angry man could rule the city)
-neglect of disabled people (those children not wanted in families but left out in the cold)
-child labor (not just helping in grandma's garden for a day, but intense factory labor)
-burning people at the stake who refused the religious establishment
-Women not allowed to vote or speak up in times of need
-Women required to wear extreme modest clothing even in times of heat
-Men could have multiple wives.
-Men often wore beards and worked long hours (not that this would create problems.....but the reality of "masculinity" seems to invoke some sort of moral problem in some people)

(Does this sound like a safe country?)

Answer: this is the founding of the USA as the "voting block" of the nation.  Yes, it sounds much like a second world nation.  Were the people who founded the country perfect in character?  No.

The only way to know if the character of a man is free from sins and problems is to test the man......or woman.

*******

Are we "different" from the founders of this nation?  Yes.  Studies have been performed.  Stats reveal things.  Rules have been changed (no more child labor in intense heat for example).

Are we "better" from the founders of this nation?  Yes and No.  Pride is a sin.  Many think that that is now a "normal" thing to practice, but it actually leads men to hell. (never mind the tribal ideas about that issue or just protecting an average human life from problems).  The bible simply says "flee fornication" and "turn from sin" sorts of things (God is same yesterday, today and forever).  Slavery to sin is a thing men want today instead of freedom from it.  Even wise indigenous people of this nation recognize the problems of sin in life.

Ending life of an unborn child isn't "choice".....its murder and not "choosing life".....as a whole.
