Ways to RE-DO the "long term care" systems so that they WORK for the people and in FAVOR of the PATIENTS and FAMILIES:
*Number of CNA's needed per RESIDENT based on TIME each patient ACTUALLY NEEDS.
*Number of *side-by-side* per RESIDENT based on TIME each patient ACTUALLY NEEDS. ---> NON-CNA care, person needs more one-on-one monitoring.
*Number of CNA's ACTUALLY NEEDED for the 2+ person care and based on the TIME patient ACTUALLY NEEDS.
*Allow more *side-by-side* assistance for SIMPLE needs. MAYBE put in a SEPARATE call-light for PATIENTS that are AWARE of WHAT they can ASK FOR!!!!! ONE call-light is for "simple needs" (water re-fill, make a bed, pick up a broken picture frame, just want to talk, call on the phone etc.) and the OTHER call light is for actual CNA care/ Nurse care!
*"side-by-side" assistance could be for CULTURE, FAITH and/or SPEECH-COMMUNICATION support. ****I believe that people who are GIVEN HIGH LEVELS of communication SUPPORT NEEDS even in the 100+ category do EVEN BETTER than if it WAS NOT THERE! ---> MOSES is a GOOD EXAMPLE as an 80+ year old who CLEARLY and MOST CERTAINLY communicated with THE PEOPLE! <---

Assisted Living Level Care?
Don't tie the "simple monitoring" patient in with the HEAVY INTERVENTION patient(s). Their level of needs are not the same level. They will have more AWARENESS of the CARE, UPS and DOWNS of life and other themes.
Keep them within range of a "home health" or "Assisted Living" level of Care even up until Hospice time. This could BE TRUE for people who are over age 100 in CERTAIN PERSONS!

NOT ALL PEOPLE in the ELDERLY age CATEGORY need "computer graphic record system" things!
1. YOU can use basic "note pad" on the computer, disconnected from "systems" for some people! A practice of "copy and paste" for the RECORDS and a simple "check mark" is ALL THAT IS NEEDED for some people!!! EXAMPLE: ---> GAVE one-on-one CHANGE CLOTHES [ ] ---> copy and paste: GAVE one-on-one CHANGE CLOTHES [ x ]
2. YOU can do "trainings" based on the COMMON THEME for "healthcare systems" and do a SEPARATE..... STUDY things for your OWN version of what YOUR PATIENT WANTS in their CARE. JUST put in LINKS and VERBAL AWARENESS of what YOU WANT.
