Its actually inconclusive, but to a point.

Its not complicated to sense the need for justice when....

Jesus himself is descendant of Bathsheba..... (and Rahab, and ***RUTH*** perhaps)

How did King David respond in the days when any caught in adultery were stoned?

Bathsheba had a "late term" pregnancy complication.  A still born.

Would we have JESUS if Bathsheba was stoned soon after the still born??

No.

Later JESUS (from line of King David).....stated conclusively when he was speaking of "mothering" in and of itself.

****Luk 11:27-28  And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.  (28)  But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.****

Jesus was ACTUALLY the FIRST woman's rights champion.  Himself coming from the line of King David.

God's laws REQUIRE the stoning of the people caught in ADULTERY.  Jesus offered MERCY and said "sin no more"......

THIS is more valuable than concluding that any and all SIN involvement in HUMANITY brings about "true justice" for woman's rights.  WHY?  How would a woman appreciate it if another man took her daughter and raped her daughter.  The daughter would be required to bear the burden of "proof" that that man was a rapist.  The MOTHER of the DAUGHTER.....would KNOW that another man mistreated her DAUGHTER.....whom she bore!!!!  The mother and the daughter have DIFFERENT FEATURES!!!!  That means that if a white woman bears a "black daughter".......the conclusions about dealing with LIFE are different!  Mother to DAUGHTER.  (Speaking of which....if Black Lives Matter...what happens when a white woman knows she will end up bearing a BLACK DAUGHTER....but doesn't seem to "want it".....ahem)

JESUS rightly ENHANCED the need for PROPER JUSTICE under the EYES of the REDEEMER!

Miscarriages happen.

Still born's happen.  EVERY generation has these.

Even midwifery mishaps happen.  AKA. herbal tendencies to create miscarriages before the 20 weeks along....despite efforts to do what is right.

Yes.  Supply the NEED to establish justice in the LAND under those principles.

BUT PLEASE REMEMBER....the reality that JUSTICE does NOT conclusively ENCOURAGE a RAPIST to continue RAPING further generations.  SUCH conditions are considered SLAVERY!!!!!

Will abortion of a "grandchild"......fix the problems at hand.  Sure the "mother" is not able to fully bear the child in her HEART.....but the GRANDMOTHER can rightly DIVIDE the principles of ESTABLISHING JUSTICE!!!!

A physical HEART BEAT is a PHYSICAL HEARTBEAT.....connected to the "history," "ancestry" "family tree conditions" and all that is truly there.  What about those cousins that attend the various gatherings at Grandma's house......did you know that cousin relationships(incest) do not actually create a human-oid....but only doubles the chance of disabled children (Say similarities to woman who give birth to children and they are 40+ years old). Marriage between cousins existed in "not so long ago history" and is still practiced in certain regions of the world (particularly middle east).

Remember in the Muslim Extreme world.....woman are raped at a higher rate and have "NO SAY" in what they encountered due to extreme beliefs.  Would encouraging "these men" to continue raping by removing the contents in the WOMB fix the problem.  NO!  It is better to bear the burden of PROOF!  It is better to conclude that GOD'S LAWS have importance in protection of the life of humanity.  JESUS said....if you LOVE ME.....KEEP the commandments.

Keep in mind, Ruth's AGE.....when she died.  OLD.  There are ACTUAL TRUE protections for "woman's rights" in elderly conditions.  WE as humanity are TRULY in favor of HUMAN RIGHTS when we support the "vulnerable adult" in their position and condition.

Sarah of the BIBLE was OLD when she gave birth......same with Elizabeth......WHOM is ACTUALLY in control of the WOMB and the life of humanity????  SHALL we consider the one who CREATED THE HEAVENS?????

Now the idea about "same sex marriage".....what truly matters there?  Sexuality or LOVE.....if SEXUALITY .....is considered love....then Rape is considered WHAT???
