When the world calls Christians "homophobic"....

Now, I personally do not feel that THIS is THE only topic that matters in Christianity.  Rather it is the aspect of how a person LOVES GOD.....and LOVES NEIGHBOR as SELF, is a more important topic of discussion.

However, in the process of actually reading the scripture for what it ACTUALLY SAYS, instead of loving "the world" in its wayward ways....one must discuss the reality that people assume that "we" in our humanness should "adjust" the scripture to fit with man-made times and places.  Let the WORLD define the scripture instead of the scripture (with Holy Spirit) define scripture.

To the world, a person who says "I do not attend same-sex marriage;" the world immediately jumps to the conclusion, "OH....YOU are DEFINITELY......(gasp).....homophobic."  They do this simply by the statement that a person doesn't attend or cater to certain "life style choices."  A "life style choice" can be anything....from putting up decorations in the fall to going fishing "without wearing clothes."  They may or may not be "appetizing" to certain individuals.  Some individuals CAME OUT OF certain situations so they know they do not want to participate in that "life style choice" any longer.

Now, in history, there was a "hippee era" in USA....where anything goes was the way of doing things.  No Bible rules.....were "good" they thought.....but they didn't realize that HOLINESS is actually a GOD THING and a GOOD THING....to PROTECT humanity from "evils"......inside ourselves and in other areas of life.

Essentially, people of the world will reward anyone who believes and practices things that are not encouraged in the bible.

Jesus instead says, BE HOLY....IF YOU LOVE ME, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS.......that means a Christian is NOT to be homophobic (meaning that they simply should not need to practice old-testament stoning practices on sinners.....or carry anger or hatred towards anyone).  They are also TO practice BROTHERLY LOVE, meaning take in the poor man who was beat up on the side of the road, even if you don't know his name or place where he came from.

All in all, the world says to everyone......you shouldn't believe that homosexuality is a sin......but God DOESN'T CHANGE.  Instead God's word leads people to the REALITY that JESUS alone FORGIVES SINNERS.....but THEY must LOVE HIM....ABOVE ALL ELSE.

I don't know if this makes sense "on paper"..... but it SHOULD make sense to the believer......because we who are IN CHRIST are ONE BODY....ONE BLOOD........REDEEMED.

For more on the topic of how Lauren Daigle said, "I don't know if homosexuality is a sin"....one must simply consider that there is ONLY ONE redeemer..... and those who say we are "wrong"  or assume we are "homophobic," when we know her statement isn't biblical based information in practice or principle.....  such individuals are NOT there to "listen" but are only there to "assume" or "false accuse" if you will.  Let them go....because they do not know you personally (domestic/zip code info/family life etc).  Even local media outlets may get "your personal life story" mixed up......(KEY VERSE TO CONSIDER: Joh_15:18  If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.)  They are the ones who are actually looking for something "to gossip about"......when we who know what the scripture says....are simply there to explain the difference between worldly thinking vs. biblical thinking.....and practice.

More on the topic....which points to the reality that ONLY JESUS is Quodesh....(Holy).

Then when the doctor comes up to a person and says.....they don't want a patient to practice this or that thing.....does that make the doctor "patient phobic"......or is it actually the reality that some people just don't want to accept THE TRUTH.....about a practice that led to the patient's problems in the first place.

NERO = HITLER...... the difference is that HITLER forbid natural affections (which bring children into this world) among "Jewish people" and NERO practiced unnatural affections among people himself.  No child can thrive in an abundant life when "Sexual impurity" or incorrect admonitions of such are praised in a society.
