The Lauren Daigle issue

(speaking on personal experience that Holiness and leading people to actual biblical truth.....DOESN'T come from *gossip* or *mocking* a person who is by nature "beautiful" or "talented")
I wouldn't focus on the "worldliness" in certain Christians. I mean, I can say that some people, even in "secular world" are less prone to "point fingers" at others and just listen. Rather focus on the Holiness of JESUS as the redeemer of man-kind. Pointing "fingers" won't fix Lauren, and will not bring forth "godly fruit"..... In a general sense, if she was in a local Christian small group congregation, YES, someone like her or in such position like that would have to be "shunned" because a local body cannot function under sin-promotion like that. Money and fame are of more value than "the word" in such an individual.  This would be NO DIFFERENT than a (male/female) teacher in a school who tries to flirt and sleep with their own "under 18 highschool students."  The situation in and of itself is SIN DRIVEN to do such acts, instead of HOLY-LIVING driven......so acts are based upon CHOICE.  Such -schools- cannot keep a teacher in their position (safety net) and they would have to have a record and reported to police in severe cases....but a bar or nightlife place (worldly) WILL take and employ such an individual.....because they are not held accountable for those types of acts.
People who are biblical christians should KNOW that people like the Kardashians, Selena and Ariana Grande are clearly "opposed to biblical lifestyles"..... however, even in their error and worldliness is great gain, they can still be reasoned with as needed. In other words, pointing fingers at the "worldliness" in someone DOESN'T help heal the body of TRUE believers.
Being beautiful doesn't make a person bad (Queen Esther for example) and being good singer/musician doesn't make a person sinful (King David) etc etc. The issue is WORLDLINESS is great gain.
Essentially she is "of the world" so she should be treated as such, not as a believer.....or else she would believe the phrase "sin no more" as Jesus was talking to the woman caught in adultery.

All in all, it really doesn't fix the situation and why she says the things she says by blaming "the world"....as she already DOESN'T seem to acknowledge scripture as it is written.

The bible says we are NOT to FEAR the world....but rather to expose its works and to "feed the enemy."  His TRUTH will prevail.

(I will NOT remove Lauren Daigle songs from my Youtube feed because to me a "song" or a "singer" isn't the issue......it is the HEART of the singer that is the issue.  I have MANY MANY secular songs on my youtube feed list along with TRUE gospel songs (from people who are true believers)......King David sang songs to the LORD but he KNEW he had sin in his heart (Psalm 51)......that is the real issue at play.

All in all, its DOESN'T fix humanity to constantly NAG a person to see the biblical truth.....they will have to FACE it as it is....  Yes a Christian is to LOVE people equally...but ONLY as JESUS wants them to love people equally (meaning.....Jesus didn't hang with ALL people....he knew he had to do his father's will)

I have no issue with a "general song" ....just like a vase of flowers.....the person who SOLD the flowers will have to deal with their own personal issue... "the flowers" like "the song" are representing something that means something.....to an audience....

Words out of the mouth of the famous people reveal the heart.  If they are speaking from REALITY and from a HEART that TRULY loves GOD....their statements would sound more along this line.  They wouldn't go all out and agree with what the WORLD thinks, but rather with what JESUS thinks about sin: "It is wrong to be homophobic in a way that makes someone's life harder or challenging, but only JESUS is sinless pure and righteous.  We should strive to follow him as he said he is the way, the truth and the life.  If that means we don't attend a certain ceremony, cater or perform a certain act if it is praising something Jesus didn't agree with, then that is what it means.  However, it is NEVER wrong to help or be a friend to a person who has sin-issues in need."

Gossiping about the famous people WILL NOT get them (or anyone who agrees with them) to change their heart and ways about these sorts of topics.

***Note: I used to work as a "stage tech person."  Meaning, I KNOW how to run the buttons that make the lights flash on a stage.  I personally couldn't "choose" what the people on the stage were saying.  However, the WAY I reacted to them is the KEY to witnessing to the "lost person" who speaks about things on stage.  Of course this stage that I worked at hosted "Obama" and other political figures....so there IS controversy in that regard....but being a witness to them is key....never the less.
