Why doesn't God describe "exact" astronomy conditions in biblical events?

2Ki_23:5  And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.

Now these elements of the universe are there.  They are NOT created by man.  They existed before man existed on this earth.  We have to deal with these elements in the universe from the time we are conceived (*WATER is essential for life*), the time we are born (*BREATH is essential for life*) and then as we gain wisdom we encounter the various animals and plants that exist.   Hopefully in that time a human being understands the importance of morality in the sustaining of life.  Morality is the GOLD standard of human existence on earth *Good vs. Evil*.  It is the VEIL in the tabernacle that has significance in the features that matter to God.  "Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; (Mat 27:50-51)"

However, some people overlook the nature symbols thinking that they are not important.  The "nature symbol" is used in the parables quite often.  The lilly of the ditch is given beautiful clothing.......which its clothing would not exist if water wasn't present.  The plants on earth didn't exist unless water existed first.

Anyhow, what about those planets and the details?  Why doesn't God specifically say where a planet was located at the time when John the Baptist was beheaded, for example?  Perhaps it is this.  The point that God wants to expose is that the heart of men is EVIL!  Yes, children could be tortured by evil men and women!  If the position of the planet was important in the time that Jesus was baptized up until John the Baptist was beheaded, then it would have been mentioned in the scripture.  It simply wasn't mentioned.

In the passage given above, it is apparent that following the LORD himself doesn't require the extreme study of the planets to the point of worshiping their position.  Rather, it revels that men believe in astrology instead of for "signs and seasons" of life creates problems.

The interesting patterns of nature (the morning star is mentioned in revelation) shows the similar patterns in the scripture.  Jacob lived to be within a certain number of "Venus cycles."  These patterns point humanity back to the "Garden of Eden" in a certain sense.  But the only REAL way to be redeemed is by being "born again"........baptized by water and the spirit.......not by knowing everything about every planet in the universe and knowing everything in the galaxy in the universe, though those things are very interesting.

In summary, the IMPORTANT things are mentioned in the scripture.  Whom was related to whom.  Jesus was BLOOD RELATED COUSIN to Jesus........  this was an important feature.  JAMES was a BLOOD RELATED BROTHER to Jesus.........this was an important feature.

The important features of the timing of the moon......(the full moon rises when the sun sets)...... are GOOD to know and not evil to know, and may help in understanding HOW GOD arranged the universe for man to exist.  It CAN and DOES explain various features in the bible (the timing of biblical months) in a certain sense as well as timing of eclipses and things of that sort.
