There is suffering in this world. As a way to alleviate suffering, people often try to find hope to overcome that suffering. The suffering may be internal or the suffering may be based on relationship. Sometimes friendships we cherish are not TRUTH based friendships and be feel betrayed or left out in some way or another. Maybe we have trouble building a solid relationship with a spouse on this earth. Because of this, suffering occurs. As a result of the feeling of betrayal, we feel suffering while living life on this earth.
Do you need a "church building" to help alleviate suffering? Do you need a "church institution" to help alleviate suffering? If you are not wise, you may not discern the right and wrong motives behind some faith-groups which may end up enhancing or delaying relief for the various forms of suffering. So in general, a specific "organized way of religion" will not alleviate suffering.
Instead, try turning directly to the gospel alone. You may be in any location on this earth and "healing" can come to your spirit, because the words which Jesus spoke are healing words!
Essentially, read the words in red. Really take those words in. Believe in his supernatural abilities even walking on water. The words "in order to live you must die" may seem kind of scary words, but they are the words that bring life into the world, because without suffering, there would be no life in him. We in our own fleshly condition would not choose him to save us except we knew that we couldn't really save our selves.
A person may read the words in "red" regularly and find fellowship with unbelievers (like people who practice any other religion value, or even just hang out in a theater) and friendship with people who do not believe the gospel a little bit easier. It may be easier to understand the concept of "judge not lest ye be judged" if a person focuses on the gospel more intensely. YES, JESUS also says Judge righteous judgment, but in order to cross into the territory where people believe they "shouldn't go" Jesus said things to help overcome the darkness in people's hearts.
The more we read and reflect on the gospel, the more we become spiritually healthy. Be sure to read the "gospel" with the proper exegesis to get a better understanding, else it may seem as if a person should avoid Jesus' actual Jewish heritage and desire for humanity to attain that actual "abundant life." He wants people to experience the FULLNESS of his LOVE and REDEMPTION.....
