It is a star that did NOT appear on the day of Jesus birth! Link here which explains WHY the star was not visible at the time of his birth! The picture is an image 0-8-20 (stelarium time) which is equivalent to 5-20/21 in the Third Cycle of the Qumran Calendar (assuming that Jesus birth occurred on the first Cycle of the Qumran Calendar)
NOTE: The moon is at a "sliver" of a moon in the image.....immediately after the New Moon
(This video comes up with the SAME time and things to look for in this sign but does NOT explain that the sign the wise men saw was AFTER the birth of JESUS by within two years.....the video also believes in the time of the Jesus death as a time that wouldn't match scripture (darkness from 6th hour to 9th hour)......)
"And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.
(Mat 2:11)" (Jesus was a YOUNG CHILD, not a babe)
Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.
(Mat 2:16)*****This shows us that the sign the wisemen saw was within the time when Jesus was two years old*****
There is a 55 day difference between the sign of his birth and the sign the wise-men saw if one wants to find his actual "birth-day." God didn't give the sign in the heavens to "men" on his birthday for various reasons, but he DID provide the sign for his Circumcision (time when full-moon located below the RAM.....after the Feast of Tabernacles....which only the Jewish tribe would know about Tabernacles.....)
****NOTE: Some of these calculations may be a little "off" and not quite on target (but I believe more accurate than other calculations), so this is for observational understanding, not for Religion and the Traditions understanding. PLEASE be respectful of difference in people's religion. Knowing these details does not "save" a person from sin, it simply points to the reality that scripture is truth.
NOTE2: Notice this image below. This is what people in the FAR-FAR east (indigenous people of Americas - Ojibwe etc.) would have seen when the "star the wise men saw" was visible! They would have BARELY seen this star! Their understanding of astronomy was different than the "Western Astronomy" as well! Yes, Hero Teacher pointed to the star, but it was so invisible, and the slivered moon was barely visible, one really couldn't TRAVEL in a decent amount of time to see the King of Kings! This should be a reminder why "religious" values should be "close to home" and "close to the heart"!
