Full restricted from dietary things including water (not recommended to go without water and electrolytes!)

Clear liquids only

Juice liquids only

Fruits only

Fruits and Vegetables only (this is getting to the point of not a FULL fast)

Just RESTRICTIONS from other types of addictions--> SCREEN THINGS, smoking, drinking etc.
