Things to think about from the BIBLE and what it says about FATHERS????  Wisdom is to STUDY whom your FRIENDS are on this planet.....  this WILL be a GUIDE to last BEYOND life on this earth....

There are many verses....970 verses in the HOLY BIBLE.  (vs. 292 verses for mother)

of course some of these things are story verses about a father-in-law or otherWISE.....  many verses are TALKING about a FATHER in HEAVEN (which is what men are to imitate as a whole!....the author of CREATION itself!)

Pro_1:8  My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:

Pro_6:20  My son, keep thy father's commandment, and forsake not the law of thy mother:

Pro_15:5  A fool despiseth his father's instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent.

Pro_19:26  He that wasteth his father, and chaseth away his mother, is a son that causeth shame, and bringeth reproach.

Pro_23:22  Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old.

Pro_27:10  Thine own friend, and thy father's friend, forsake not; neither go into thy brother's house in the day of thy calamity: for better is a neighbour that is near than a brother far off.

Pro_28:7  Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father.

Pro_29:3  Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father: but he that keepeth company with harlots spendeth his substance.

Mat_5:16  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Mat_5:45  That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Mat_5:48  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Mat_6:1  Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

Mat_6:14  For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

Mat_6:26  Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Mat_7:21  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Mat_10:33  But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Mat_18:10  Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Mat_28:19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
