Ok. This verse WILL throw people OFF that are NOT paying attention in "life class."
Define EVERY word in this verse.
(Heb 4:14) Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

A person that doesn't have access to the WHOLE BIBLE will NOT have an opportunity to properly attain understanding or definition for these words: "high priest," "heavens," "profession"
First lets look at the definition for "heavens." If man himself CANNOT create "the north star" and the southern most constellation "the crux".....he is at ODDS with REALITY of the creator of the WHOLE heavens if he doesn't understand the CREATOR. If he doesn't understand the "heavens" how in the WORLD could he possibly understand the HUMAN BODY and its complete arrangement under heaven. The "family tree structure" if you will. (no two year old can raise him or her self OR arrive to planet earth without parental biology arranged appropriately.....as Moses emphasized a long time ago). Man himself didn't decide to create man to live to be 120 years old..... the disciples, had they lived to a FULL-AGE.....how old would they have been? Man is designed under the "heavens" for signs and seasons. This definition would NOT arrive to the mind of man without "Genesis" to define it for man.
Second lets look at the definition for "profession." Sure, the general man can define "profession".... on his own terms and endure MUCH hardship to create his or her own sort of "profession." But, we are talking about a declaration of something with evidence. What TYPE of "profession" are they talking about? Well it is the type of thing in declaring WHOM needs to be UNDERSTOOD in order to make that PROFESSION or it is not a "profession" if you will. ONLY a "professional" understands his trade. So only those who have EXPERIENCE understanding JESUS would be able to make a "profession" of who he is. The word "profession" stands in the WAY for those who think that "simple pleasures" give you what a man wants in terms of what is professional skills or not. NOT in the LEAST. EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE are necessary for "profession."
Third lets look at the definition for "High Priest." This is the definition the world absolutely despises. Why? The Jewish people themselves originally (and still profess to understand if they use the bible and read it) the principles behind PRIEST BEHAVIOUR. Clearly, no man can be a priest and a forager of lies AGAINST the definitions for it found where? In the book of LEVITICUS! Where and what caused the LEVITES to exist as they did.... The bible itself WILL define that for you. Levi was a man of "cruelty" with his brother Simeon. Why were they so cruel? Dinah. She was "trafficked" if you will and put on a pedestal of a "false marriage." An ISIS sort of situation if you will. So if you EVER hear ANYONE ever say that they are against racism...but then "dismiss" LEVI. DON'T EVER give your ear to those people......why? They ignore the "fruit" of racism as it has been for many years (victimizing the YOUTH). All in all, let the world learn its VERY IMPORTANT LESSON.....no man can be a HIGH PRIEST unless the definitions for his "garments" are defined VIA.....the book of LEVITICUS.....and throughout the "COMMANDMENTS" (aka the Psalm 119 portion and Elizabeth "keeping the commandments" is important reference!)
Keep these things in mind: 1) secular people believe in "the heavens" and declare various astrology figures (astronomy is NOT the same as astrology). 2) MANY MANY people declare themselves professionals in this or that, even DOCTORS who are currently "professionals" can DISTORT full truths! They can't SEE all that there is to SEE on the playing field of life (aka so and so is related to so and so, a friend of so and so knows so and so etc) 3)There were BAD or CORRUPTED high priests in the bible but YET Jesus WANTED to administer REALITY to the people and have people go to the PRIEST to declare that a certain person was healed of xyz. JESUS was MADE into the uncorrupted HIGHPRIEST......FOREVER! (an even better priest than ...... various "catholic ones" through the years....just an ever LIVING presence!)

Call me a hypocrite.....but I really didn't see or hear of any "colorful flags" changing a whole lot of "colostomy bags" during the Covid-19 pandemic.....I really didn't see or hear of any "colorful flags" doing a lot of catheter care......and I really didn't see or hear of any "colorful flags" wiping up blood spills after a pregnancy loss.....and I really didn't see or hear of any "colorful flags" piecing together a broken body after a domestic violence incident .....and I really didn't see or hear of any "colorful flags" picking up the pieces of biblical Job's children after a college this and that party etc etc. (maybe it could be something ELSE that people idolize besides "colorful flags"....."isis flags" "christmas trees" "american flags" "xyz zodiac symbol" etc)

The "High Priest" sits down and says to the people.....sometimes one on one....sometimes in other types of "social situations."
