How do they come up with "fake voters" who are not registered? They USE people instead of admitting REALITY about people. This is a HUMAN RIGHTS violation. The address of "the voter" is known, but the stability is unknown. This is an issue for ANY political party. The results? People who have no UNDERSTANDING of WHOM is their personal care-giver, family or care-taker will loose proper say in whom is giving them what they need (food, clothing, water etc).
Conscious Stability proof for the registered voter (a method that should be ENCOURAGED for "mail in ballots"). These questions should be asked within one month prior to voting, up to the day of election.:
Ask the voter these questions (over phone, over face-time, with a certified registration person). Answers may not be written down or pre-recorded for this person. Questions are asked at random, along with 5 simple random "Kindergarten level" questions, to ensure non-machine or alternative person is answering for the person. Typically answers are based on what an 8-year old can properly or consciously answer on any given day of the week. If an 8-year old can answer the questions, but a fully grown adult cannot, then that is evidence of lacking conscious ability.:
****If the person has a clear conscious but verified deaf, blindness, or clear communication block (they can only communicate through a typing mechanism) this should be considered in the situation. Language barrier? Similar things should be done with accurate translator who is verified in true translation ability.
1. What is the location of your residence?
2. What season, date, day of the week, and time is it right now?
3. Who is the current governor in your state of residence?
4. Whom is your biological mother, whom is your biological father? Are they currently alive? If unknown through adoption or social situation, say unknown. (the data should be verified through someone else if possible)
6. Which animal is larger in weight a racoon or a cow?
7. Is Russia a state in the United States of America?
8. Name an event that happened in 1776.
9. How long did it take you to eat your breakfast this morning? (any legit answer will work, except saying alternative odd things)
10. Where were you born? State and/or country is all that is needed.

Kindergarten level questions....could be anything:
1. Is it important to wash your hands after going to the bathroom?
2. What shape is round, a circle or a square?
3. What is the first letter of the English alphabet?
4. What language am I speaking?
5. Does a dog bark or meow?
**** It is ok to miss the absolute correct answer to these questions when put on the spot....the issue comes into play if the answers are EXTREMELY off in the "conscious" conditions. Just saying..... I know what a brain-tumor can do. And a brain tumor strikes FAST..... one week prior to "voting" they can answer the questions...the next.....nothing.****
At voting booth locations, the person doesn't necessarily have to go through the "conscious stability" questions unless deemed necessary (they are coming in with someone else to guide them around from place to place and someone has to "restore social order" for the person), they simply have to prove that they are whom they say they are and the current residence location.

The question about "racoons" well.....Naturally I really can't tell whom is this or that heritage from skin-tone alone (honey badgers from middle east...but racoons from America)...... Native American or native to the middle east.... I also KNOW that things DO happen in FAMILY LIFE....dependency......happens.....
