Sin kills.
Sin leads to hate.
Hatred causes men to die.
No one cares when men die,
except the one who was aware of the nature of sin, when he created humanity. Hence he wrote the things that he wrote....when Moses wrote things and then other authors followed...by the time the Saviour came along and he said, "If you love me keep my commandments." He meant it.
So I have worked in different job positions.
1. Healthcare.
2. Teller at a bank
3. Camp counselor (disability camp)
4. Camp trainer (Christian camp)
5. Tutor
6. Substitute Teacher
7. Helpdesk
8. Stage tech
etc etc etc.
These jobs were not LEADERSHIP jobs.....but.
They involved VULNERABLE INFORMATION and VULNERABLE PEOPLE
I have seen this and that in relationships and among employee conditions.
There is no way in heaven that the LGBT community deserves MORE rights to this and that in society than anyone else. The Nazi agenda pushed this idea on people. The "white race" deserved more rights than other fellow human beings because they were threatened by those with skin tone. They were victims of things themselves. They claimed that the (five books of the bible following people....aka Religious Jews) deserved to die.
I have seen over 1000+ people through these places of employment including those whom I work with. Obviously. Count the number of students. Count the number of staff at the workplaces. Count the number of students in the classes from which I graduated. Count the number of customers.
I have nearly 5000 people on my Facebook feed.
I've sat and ate peacefully with LGBT people at the dinner table and would even consider them *friendly.*
However, there is NO WAY I would ever encourage a person of this or that sexuality condition (even in the case of King David and infidelity *which it does happen in LGBT community too!!!* ) to commit the act of murder.
to commit the act of rape.
to commit the act of incest. (even marriage related)
to commit the act of pedophillia (even marriage choices, and those stinkin "professionals" who are told to treat vulnerable children appropriately!)
to commit a race related hatred crime.
to commit a fraudulent bank practice.
to commit an act of religiously motivated hatred.
to purposefully ignore our elderly.
So on and so forth.
On that note. I have even worked with Muslims here and there. A Niqap/headscarf on a woman does nothing evil, it is only ID issues at play and the wise people know how to discern the actual person under the scarf.
They are not above other human beings on earth.
If they commit fraud at the workplace, then they commit that act.
If they are angry at their "lover" and then murder then they are angry.
Don't mess around with the one who already knows the heart and the condition.
We need TRUTH. TRUTH comes from the redeemer. He redeems from ALL SIN...and he alone shows proper love for both males and females on earth.
He does a fairly balanced study on various issues at hand. Including these types of topics.
the prodigal son is just that.... the prodigal son. Nothing more, nothing less. He is STILL LOVED by the father, despite error in ways....
Then there are those who evangelize.....even today.
They who are dedicated....see MILLIONS and maybe even more than we could imagine.....but no one hears about them. By the way, the HOLY SPIRIT is definitely DIFFERENT than the "sexual impurity" type of love. Why? Because if it wasn't, there would be no conviction even for Moabite descendant Ruth! ALL MEN are accountable to the weaknesses of others in all tribes and tongues!!! HOLY SPIRIT comforts!
So what to do? In a compassionate way in a distorted world?
Avoid listening to pop-Christian artist who cater to worldly ideas on the matter (aka. Hillsong). The song writers and whom they partner with to receive their income are worldly to begin with.
Think about the situation that some of these people are in.
1. Childhood upbringing
2. Lack of bible study in background
3. Trafficked
4. Pushed into the sex industry for their own profit
5. Made to believe that messing around with multiple partners actually is the "water" they want
6. Sadly become a part of the problem in society themselves (self-destructive)
etc etc.
What is their source of "Strength".....is it their body and soul to lies or are they learning the part of self control when Jesus said to the woman at the well with "5 husbands".... I have the water of everlasting life that will give you strength.
The source is the key.
As a side note...... just because a condition of being musical does exist and it all depends on its goals and purposes..... the message and the WAY it is used and presented before humanity. Its not bad to listen to a secular song. It is bad to mix Christian thinking and blend it with the belief that it is ok to ignore scripture.
Watch this video again. Instead of stars on the sleeves.....it represents those who believe the FULL bible. Old and New. Or perhaps those who do not want to deny the reality that love for one man and one woman can last a lifetime.
