What day is it.....if you are on a stranded island???

Ok so lets say you were on a boat in the middle of the ocean.  Your boat toppled and now you were abandoned on an island.  You have absolutely NO communication ability.

Thankfully, you learned how to survive various things.  You learned building fires from nothing but dry wood.  You learned how to trap fish from nothing but twigs.  You learned how to build a fort.  You learned other things of that sort.

Socially, we as humans are used to the concept that there is a "seven day week"...... so we SHOULD know how to calculate "time" based off of that principle.  How would you calculate the day of the week at the very least?

Here are things you would need to know if you absolutely wanted to calculate what day it happened to be on that island.

1. You would need to know the approximate latitude and longitude of your island.  (this isn't absolutely essential, but it is important for knowing the location of the constellations and planets.)  You could probably guess your latitude and longitude based on the animals and nature that surrounds you.  (ie. buffalo are found?, kangaroos are found? red-wood forests are found?, olive trees are found? Giraffes are found? Polar Bears are found? etc etc.)

2. You would need to know the "design of the sky" when Jesus(Yeshua in Hebrew) was on the cross.  Assuming he was on the cross in AD 31 in the spring, on Passover. (moon is in new moon because the sky was darkened from 6th hour to 9th hour)  Recognize that the MENORAH....has seven golden lamps...and seven signs are visible when Christ was on cross (5 visible planets of ancient days, moon and sun).

3. You would need to know the approximate location of the full moon astronomical position each month. (This should be easy to know and figure out especially if you have studied axial procession and current positions in the farmer's almanac)  The full moon ALWAYS rises when the sun sets, so timing of the month can be based off of when the full moon rises.

4. You would need to know the timing of the planets as they move through the sky.  For example the astronomical position of the planet Almighty God(Jupiter) changes every year one constellation position.  The planet Ringed Planet (Saturn) changes astronomical position approximately every 3 years.  The planet Red Planet (Mars) changes astronomical position approximately every month depending upon the size of the constellation.  The planet Morning Star (Venus) goes through an 8 year phase and 5 cycles pass.

5. Obviously assume you probably won't be capable of identifying "mercury" without a telescope, and you will only be capable of seeing the big planets Red Planet, Ringed Planet, Almighty God, and Morning Star.

6. If a person studies the Qumran Calendar diligently enough, they WILL discover that the timing of the "full moon" ALWAYS occurs on a CERTAIN day of the week.

*****

Lets go with this pretend formula based off of what you know.

Things you know:

The planet locations: Ringed Planet(Saturn) is located in constellation Virgo, Almighty God (Jupiter) planet is located in constellation Cancer, Red Planet(Mars) is located in Aires, Morning Star (venus) is located in Taurus....you can't see Mercury with your naked eye.

The moon locations: The day you land it is about 1/4 full and it is in Gemini, then it moves to cancer and gains more illumination each day as its astronomical position changes.  Assuming the full moon will land in approximately Libra.

Know how to do some long division.

1. Divide the number of years since Christ was on the cross by the astronomical position of Ringed Planet. Every 30 years the planet Ringed Planet returns to same position.....but it moves a little too because of axial procession and other things.  As a result every 90 years it changes the location it is found.  Every 1620 years it will once again be in the same astronomical position.  Remember the number 1620 and within every 1620 years has 18 different positions.

A chart showing the position of ringed planet since the year 31.

31+1620 * (knowing that we are in a certain century)+(30, 60 or 90)*[number of positions away from Gem 1-18].  Example formula for our era = 31+ 1620*1 + 30*[1-18] = 1921?? or within 90 year range  (assume that Saturn Astronomical position is in the 1921 year range or 2011 year range?)........this formula could obviously be adjusted to suit the right calculations....but it is a general understanding on how to find the location based on axial procession adjustments by 1000 year adjustments.

Finding the location of Almighty God planet.  Similar to Saturn there is a number of years cycle where the planet returns or shifts to a new astronomical position.  Every 12 years the planet rotates the sun.  Every 84 years (7 rotations), the planet moves to a new astronomical position.  There are 12 exact positions.  84*12 = 1008 years.  Of course due to axial procession, the astronomical position shifts a little bit.

Basically use Ringed Planet and Almighty God planet to determine the YEAR (Sorry the exact year formula isn't given....but I know its there, I promise) while still considering axial procession since AD 31.  Write down the year in the "sand" or on a "piece of bark" somewhere.

Next is finding the month.

This is a little bit easier in some ways, especially if you already know some things and you already know the general YEAR that you are in.

Seasonally, determine the season if you are sure that you are in a "seasonal location" instead of at the equator.  If that isn't available, don't worry, just look at the constellations and the location of the "full moon."

The planet Morning Star and Red Planet change Astronomical Position about every month.

Similar to the planet Almighty God and Ringed Planet, Red planet returns to similar position every 32 years or every 96 years accordingly.  Amazingly the planet Morning Star fits into the 96 year pattern!!!!  96/8 = 12!!!!

So the position of Morning Star and Red Planet WILL help understand the proper MONTH time frame to use (from a Qumran Calendar)!

Essentially, the pattern by MONTH will appear based on the location of the planets in astronomical position.  The planet Morning Star would remain centered near the constellations close to the sun, while the planet Red Planet would start to shift through the 12 constellations.

I would look like this perhaps, as adjusted every 96 years (Morning Star on Left, and Red Planet on Right in the chart):

The pattern by "month" would change as needed.

Essentially a person on a stranded island wouldn't have a particular chart that would show the pattern, but if a person is familiar with the movement of Morning Star through the 8 year cycle, something could be determined as far as proper month is concerned.

Considering that 96 years can easily divide into "3 year cycles" (32, 3 year cycles), a person could assume to use the Qumran Calendar (which used MOON/SUN) as heavenly signs to determine the DAY OF THE WEEK!

The Qumran Calendar GIVES all the details about what phase of the moon to look for in the heavens.  of course the Qumran Calendar was used in latitude and longitude from the viewing point of Jerusalem/Israel.

Example: Assume that the full moon in calendar cycle one always takes place on the 4th day of the week.  the full moon is ALWAYS located near constellation [1-12] in this season/time of the year during [1000 year] era.

In summary, if you know how to find the YEAR [based on knowing the 1000 year era in axial procession] by looking at the heavens and planet position [Almighty God and Ringed Planet] and you have your special 96 year [Red Planet compared to Morning Star] chart (a plane flew by and dropped it off for you.....he hahaha) which shows the MONTH of the year to use in a Qumran Calendar, then you could easily SOLVE this puzzle......and find out WHEN the SABBATH DAY happened to be.....and when.....well other "biblical holidays" could be celebrated.......around the earth (from Puriim to Passover and everything in between).  What passover time calendar time will a person use?  It is dependent upon the choice to use the modern Jewish calendar vs. the Qumran calendar (which can adjust with solar timing as needed).  Both calendars are "lunar cycle" dependent.  The difference is that the Qumran calendar points out the "day of the week" and starts on "full moon" for some cases, while the modern Jewish calendar always starts on sliver of the moon, time frame, WITHOUT pointing to the special "day of the week."
