When does a Jewish person (by heritage or otherwise) become anti-semitic?

Meaning, they produce something that makes life more difficult for another Jewish person?

1. When they are extremely anti-family.  The state NEEDS to control everything from what to wear to what to say in one's own home. (danger in this when vulnerable people are not given proper care or protection)
2. When they are "torah less" or against the "first five books of the bible."  Practice or encourage people to participate.
3. When they are opposed to Israel in a major, terrorist type of way.  (using muslim beliefs as a shield)
4. When they support and encourage "white supremacy" (this could occur when a person doesn't know their heritage.  This could also occur in a person who has small amounts of Jewish heritage or other types of heritages.)
5. When they encourage people to believe lies.
6. When they have severe mental health issues which could lead to some problems for others.
7. When they have a terror plot in mind.
8. When they are harboring "hate" in some way or another.
9. When they are disrespectful of other cultures or of other Jewish people and their culture (Matzah, Hummus anyone?)
10. When they encourage people to hate extended family (cousins, relatives, aunts, uncles, grandparents etc).  Yes, JESUS himself said he would set people in family against each other....but it was to bring glory to the "heavenly father" and not for men/family in general.

Often these people don't see it, because they don't inherently believe that they are lost in the world of "hate."  They believe that the "outsiders" are the ones filled with hate in the HEART....but in fact it is THEM.

commonly ancestry can go in various ways and through various situations:

In general, an "Orthodox Jew" (or similar faiths that still incorporate torah) is not going to purposefully hate anyone of his own faith or heritage, its just that he is "blind" to the reality that YESHUA is the MESSIAH and he is JEWISH.  Essentially it is like a "blind man" who TRUSTS the "torah" but doesn't quite grasp the REALITY of it.

Note: Many people don't know they are Jewish.  Many people don't know their co-workers and friends are Jewish by simple everyday interactions here and there.  It takes understanding their story and so forth that would reveal these things.
